About the host

: Paul & Paulette are empty nesters with 4 children (3 sons & 1 daughter-all 3 sons are married with 2 in military & 1 doing mission work in SE Asia & 1 daughter in nursing school). We also have 4 grandchildren (3 granddaughters & 1 grandson) & hopefully more in future after that! We LOVE to travel & spend time with our family :)

Why this property?

We chose this area cuz we fell in love with Siesta Key/Crescent Beach! We knew we wanted to invest in property several years ago & went beach hunting first to see where we wanted to invest & when we stumbled onto Siesta Key, we absolutely fell in love with the white soft sand & just the whole feel of Siesta Key with the trolley & the Village with all its shops & restaurants. So we have been looking for 3 years & finally found this gem since it met so many of our wants & we decided on a house in Sarasota versus on Siesta Key cuz of congestion, storms & overall convenience to grocery stores, shops & every day living!

Newly Remodeled, Super Clean!

We had a lovely stay at this newly remodeled home in Sarasota. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio after a great night's rest in the king size beds (three KING beds--what a bonus!), and we definitely appreciated having only a short twenty minute drive to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The home was cozy and very clean, and the owners were thoughtful and always responsive. The addition of a pool in the backyard will certainly make a difference on those days when you'd prefer to enjoy the sunshine without getting in the car. Next year's renters will love it!
