Some perks of the gourmet kitchen are high end appliances and plenty of counter space for casual get-togethers. There is a back balcony with views and access to the pool and spa area. The backyard is surrounded by professional lush landscaping for your privacy. The heated pool and spa is half covered to keep cool from the Florida heat. Light up the gas grill for a barbeque with family as you enjoy the covered sitting area with a large wall mounted TV. As you enter this beach house you are greeted by a foyer and game room that offers ground level access to the pool area. Guests also have access to the 2 car garage.
On the main level (first level up) you will find the chefs kitchen, living room, king ensuite, bunk room ensuite (full sized bunks) as well as the half bath. The top floor features two queen ensuites, one of which has access to a private balcony overlooking the charming beach street. Just off the main stairwell on the top floor is a door that leads to the roof top deck offering 360-degree views of Anna Maria Island, featuring Gulf views!!
Designed with an open living concept you will fall in love! The interior details of this home are just as impressive. The amazing outdoor relaxation space is surrounded by tropical landscaping and features a sparkling heated pool with a large sun shelf, spa, built-in seats and plenty of entertainment areas. Cool down under the covered area, watch TV, and relax.

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
