After beeing hit very bad by hurricane IAN Villa Sunny Lemon is back on the market. Old tile roof has been replaced by a wonderful light metal roof and pool enclosure is brand new.
You are renting a house with 2,561 sqft with a high standard materials like travertine tile floors in every room, new luxury all wood country kitchen, cabinets in all rooms with the same granite countertops, plantation shutters in almost every room and all new showers in the bathrooms. All rooms are painted in light and cozy colours.

About the host: We are a family of four from Switzerland and are travelling to SWFL since more than 25 years.
Why this property? This is the house that my wifes parents built 1989 and sold it in 2004. In 2015 our family bought it back and did a complete remodel. Everything in the house is brand new.
The house has so many memories like that our kids learnt to swim in the large pool. We are so please to share this fantastic place with you.

We spent two weeks with the my family in March. It is the most beautiful house that I ever stayed in. I love the view, the big pool and all the other amenities in the house. As a former lawn specialist I loved the garden and all the plants and flowers. Wish to come back soon

We arent used to how they do checkin, however they were very flexible. Be prepared to do a full walk thru of the property and sign paperwork of cleanliness. The home is absolutely beautiful, its a large space for sure! We enjoyed the outdoor dining and the pool is deep so lil ones can really get some good cannon balls lol We left a dolphin float to add to the float collection, they offer some seasonings, and a great set up for first arriving. Theres even a little bit of workout equipment. We hope to be invited back, for a future stay.

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home as well as the large 8-foot deep pool with spa. The panoramic views are the most spectacular we've ever experienced in Cape Coral. The homeowner and also the property manager were responsive to any needs that arose. We would definitely recommend Villa Sunny Lemon and we hope to return again sometime in the future!

We stayed at the Sunny Lemon during the last part of May and first of June. The home is simply wonderful - the pictures do not do it justice! My older sister, who pulled rank and called dibs on the master bedroom, was devastated to leave that room and bath in particular. There is plenty of space and the layout of the house allows your group to be together or have some space. The outside area is the best! The pool is fabulous and the view of the waterway is delightful! Both the Inside and outside furniture pieces are super comfortable and the area is safe and pleasant for evening or morning walks/bicycle rides. The location seemed to be an easy drive for anything we needed but we were happy to relax in the home. The property management team is fantastic! They made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions about restaurants and golf courses and how to work the hot tub. The owner was easy to communicate with and having the property management team's contact information was comforting given that the owner does not live nearby. We cannot wait to return and are counting down the days until we can come back to the Sunny Lemon. You will not be disappointed!!!

Absolutely a wonderful house in a very nice neighborhood. Great view of the canals, huge pool, close to everything in Cape Coral. I would like to rent this house again if the opportunity exists.

Hi Rolph, Jim and I had a very relaxing vacation at your Villa Sunny Lemon. Your home is beautiful and comfortable and we look forward to coming back in 2021 and staying at Villa La Belle. Your house was extremely well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The pool of course was fabulous but a bit harder to keep heated, probably because of its depth and cool evenings in January.
