Sail Harbour is a gated community just a few miles from Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach and Bunche beach. This fun Townhome is right across the street from the beautiful pool.
A large master bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed and two large walk in closets. It also has a large soaking tub with a separate shower and a separate toilet room. And there are two other bedrooms upstairs. The laundry room is also upstairs. The dining includes a large table with 2 leaves, a counter with bar chairs and a glass top table and chairs on the back screened lanai overlooking a large grassy area. There is a walk in kitchen pantry and a 4 door fridge. Downstairs is a half bath and 2 baths upstairs. There is a one car garage and parking for another car in the driveway.

Why Kids Love It
No need to drive to the pool. It is right across the narrow road from the house.
There is a Lee County Recreation Center just a few blocks away. They offer all kinds of exercise opportunities as well as classes. They have a monthly calendar with events. There are tennis courts and basketball and pickle ball. This is a great way to meet new friends.
It is easily within walking distance but there is plenty of parking also.
Publix is a great grocery store for good deli food and is very close. Ruby Tuesday is close by. And so many fun restaurants are not very far.

Rentals start at the beginning of each month. Just add the months you want to stay and the rental fee for those months and the extra fees and you have your answer. There are no hidden fees.

Not during high season. It is possible to prorate days or weeks during other seasons. The minimum stay allowed by the HOA is 30 days.
The HOA does not allow renters to have pets. And I do not allow smoking inside the house.
