Immaculate 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom fully furnished home in the popular resort community of Solterra. Newer spacious home with open floor plan. Three of the bedrooms are themed. Your family will have a blast and not want to leave! Just 20 minutes from Disney. Close to shopping and dining. Outdoor inground pool. House can hold up to 14 individuals. There are two master suites-one on each floor!

Downstairs has a grandiose island with elegant living room adjacent to the first master suite with king sized bed. There are a set of classic boardgames, small weights, yoga mats in the shelves of the TV stand. Inground pool outside behind living room with table, beach chairs, a large grill, small grill, and pool toys. The game room is also on the first floor. There are 1.5 baths on the first floor.
Second floor has a large loft which has the movie room and children's play room. There are 6 other bedrooms upstairs and 4 full bathrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two bedrooms have king sized beds and one of these bedrooms is themed. One bedroom has a full sized bed and is themed. The final bedroom has two twin beds and is themed.

Why Kids Love It
We have toys for young children. Also foosball table, pool table, air hockey. We also have a bunch of classic board games in the living room TV stand cabinet.
Our Arcade1Up machine with all the 1981 classics such as Ms. Pac Man and Galaxa along with a bunch of other games are popular with children and adults alike.
Xbox and Playstation may be available upon request for no additional charge depending on availability.
Area Information
Davenport is adjacent to Orlando slightly southwest of it. There is a shopping with restaurants within 3 miles driving distance from the home.
The home is located in the Solterra Resort community that has 4 acres of facilities. Some facilities include the clubhouse, communal pool/waterslides, gym, tennis courts, children's play area, area for running/biking. There are many ponds in this resort and very picturesque. The Solterra Resort perks are accessible with a small one time fee of $45 per household.

Within 6 miles you will find the Lewis W. Matthews Sports Complex, Providence Golf Club, True Blue Winery.

About the host: I am a physician based out of the northeast. I grew up in CT and work in both CT and PA. I am hospital based so deal pretty much with acute situations. I love my job and just started my 10th year of work. I work in a private hospital system while in PA and in CT I work at a veterans hospital. I love working with veterans, they have so many stories, are friendly, and it's great to work with a group of people who have served to protect us. I have so much appreciation for them.
I thought it would be nice to have a home I can visit from time to time as sometimes it's just nice to get away and go somewhere warm with a different vibe. I love the Orlando area vibe. There are so many things to do, something or everyone. Not just the parks but also a great selection of restaurants. Also I have classmates who have settled down in Tampa, Miami, and Palm Beach so it's easy for me to visit them when I come down to my home.
Why this property? I purchased this property in June 2023. I was trying to find a fully furnished home close to disney that is fairly new as it was built in 2018, no issues with the house, and open concept with high quality furniture that has been set up nicely. I looked at a bunch of homes but liked the layout and furniture the best. Also the Solterra resort has very low fees for guests and has a bunch of amenities which is well worth the HOA monthly fees.
