About the host: We first bought in Cape Coral in 2019! We fell in love with this community for all the boating access and accessibility to local beaches. We are from NY and look forward to spending our retirement years in SW Florida.

Why this property? We pass this property every time we go out on our boat and loved the location. The grounds are always kept pristine, and the location is perfect for anyone that enjoys boating or enjoying all the amenities of downtown Cape Coral.
