Two master suites have their own private balconies overlooking the ocean with amazing sunset views. Each of these master suites has a jacuzzi garden tub and shower. The two large secondary bedrooms have queen size beds with additional sleeping arrangements. Daybed with trundle or Twin over Full bunk. Fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, and living area with tv, plenty of games and a Pac-Man arcade game for those rainy days.

The decking is all composite boards with cool-deck technology. No stepping on rusty nails.

Our property can sleep up to 12 very comfortably and 14 with trundle beds.

Our property offers 2 dedicated parking spaces steps away from the front door, along with 3 visitor spaces shared between the 5 townhome properties. Our end-unit townhome is adjacent to the swimming pool and grilling area.

Unique Benefits

The layout of our townhome is perfect for small to large groups. The main floor is the communal area that can host everyone with plenty of space. The 2nd and 3rd floor each contains 2 en-suite bedrooms. King size beds on the Beach side.

The 2nd floor non-beach side has a queen + twin & trundle.

The 3rd floor non-beach side has a queen + twin over full bunkbed with trundle.

Our property sleeps up to 14 comfortably.

Why Kids Love It

Kids love our property because we are directly on the beach. No worries about walking blocks away, crossing any streets or lugging carts through the sand. Simply walk off the back deck and you are on the beach.

We also have the end unit (eastern side) to the complex that contains 5 properties. We are adjacent to the pool, so kids can be in the pool and parents can monitor from any of the 3 back decks or enjoy the lounge seating by the pool.

We also have a huge big of Lego blocks, pac-man table top arcade game, Wii video console, and all TVs are smart and can be connected to any gaming system.

Beach toys are also provided, but not guaranteed, to our guests. We have a large bin under our deck that contains as assortment of items for anyone to use on the beach.

Area Information

Jubela's Beach House is perfectly located just west of Pier Park in the family friendly west-end of Panama City Beach and Laguna Beach. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are located within walking distance. Spend the day surf fishing steps away from the back deck or a short drive to one of the nearby deep sea fishing boats in the area.

From our location, it is approximately a 20-30 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Destin is an hour drive. These make for great day trips on rainy days.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Directly in front of Splash Condominiums, they have Jet-Ski rentals, Parasailing and Banana Boat rides.

Pier Park is 2 miles away that has a number of restaurants and retail stores. They also have the main PCB pier for a nice walk or to fish.
