Coral Falls Resort is in Lely Development and a 15 minute drive to both Naples and Marco Island beaches, offers lovely pool/hot tub facilities, near three grocery stores, restaurants, beautiful, public golf courses, and world-class Pickleball courts. We are part of Lely Resort complex. Each unit has 2 bedroom/2 bathroom overlooking the pool/spa area with its 3 Chickee huts, charcoal grills and picnic tables, all backed up by a lush natural wooded area.

A few minutes’ drive to the west of Coral Falls will bring you to the City of Naples, with some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Here you will find a wide range of opportunities for golfing, fishing, water sports and fine dining. Here, too, is lovely Olde Town Naples with its fine shops and art galleries.

Drive a few minutes south of Coral Falls and you are on Marco Island. Here you will find a natural 3-mile crescent beach, considered by many to be a sheller’s paradise. Marco Island too, is home to many shops and fine restaurants.

You may want to watch the sun set over the famous Naples or Marco Island beaches while slip your favorite adult beverage.

A short distance east brings you to the heart of the Everglades, Florida’s unique environmental habitat. You may wish to take an air-boat ride, or take to the boardwalk to view alligators and other wildlife. This is a great area for bird watching.

Since purchasing the unit in October 2023, we have been refreshing and updating the apartment.

A new HVAC was installed for your comfort.

In March 2024, we added a new kitchen cabinet for additional storage, replaced the old kitchen cabinet doors, updated the kitchen lighting, replaced the sink, garbage disposal and plumbing fixtures and installed a clean bright white subway tile backsplash and new custom granite counter top.

In April 2024, we removed the old toilets, bathroom vanities and out-dated mirrors. New vanities with granite tops, under-mount sinks and matching faucets were installed. We also installed comfort height toilets, added a new tile floor in the shower of the master bath room, updated the lighting and added new lighting in both showers.

We are hoping to install new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo in 2025.

At this time, we can accept single week rentals in December 2024 and January 2025. Please note single week rentals will run from Saturday to Saturday.
