Inside this newly renovated and dog-friendly home, you’ll find modern furnishings and an open concept floor plan that creates an airy feeling! Updated flooring gives this home an elegant and upscale vibe that you won’t find elsewhere.
Put on your swimsuit and jump into the refreshing pool to cool off on balmy afternoons. The screened-in pool area offers plenty of seating for your whole crew for those who want to catch some rays. To really enjoy the perfect Floridian afternoon, head down to the canal and lounge in the Adirondack chairs or cast a line off the private dock.
If you’d prefer to relax in the air conditioning, kick back on the living room's couch and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. While you unwind, let your chef whip up inspired treats in the fully equipped kitchen that’s complete with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.
Enjoy your feast inside at the adjacent dining table or head out to the screened-in pool area for an al fresco dining experience! After you finish your final bites, hop back in the pool to end another fantastic evening - the pool is heated for enjoyment regardless of the temperature!

- NOTE: The pool is already heated and will automatically be set to 80 degrees. The warmer weather in the summer can bring the temp up. If you would like to have the pool heated higher (88 degrees is the maximum) there is an optional daily pool extra heat fee of $30 a day paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay. Depending on temperatures may take several hours so please notify manager beforehand.

We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Personal Check and or Cashier Check in U.S. dollars is accepted.
Will provide our rental agreement when you request booking with us and submit a photo of your id.

No Smoking or Vaping inside or around house.

No Diving- Pool is 3ft - 6ft at far end of pool.

The home was absolutely amazing! The 3 bedrooms had private access to the pool, bathrooms and lanais. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was totally open to the dining room, living room and lanais. We enjoyed movie night several nights in the living room which had an awesome big screen TV and electric fireplace. Our little Harlow (fur baby) was totally entertained by the little lizards. We definitely recommend this beautiful home and would book again. Our host was actively involved in guiding us to their home. Thank you, Jenna, for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

My family and I enjoyed a Spring Break week at this beautiful canal-front home. From the heated pool, to the kayaks, we truly enjoyed our stay—plus the kids loved it too. The decor and furniture really give off a sophisticated coastal vibe. Cape Coral is a great place to relax and enjoy the shopping & dining. We will definitely return here the next time we need a dose of sun and Florida fun!
