Bonita Village has it all (i.e. huge pool with waterfall, extra quiet pool, better than most workout facility, under building parking, tiki bar in season, etc.). Our unit #1205 was decorated nicely and very spacious with nice kitchen amenities, large showers, towels, comfy bed, etc. for our use. We liked the quietness of off season but can see how this place would be great fun during peak season. Doc's Beach House and The Fish House are our favorite places within walking distance when visiting Bonita. Bay Water Boat Rental is great for renting pontoons and deck boats. Overall we would give Bonita Village an excellent rating. Pat is awesome to work with. She really goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your stay.
