This recently renovated home has luxury features at every turn. Beautiful wide white sand beach is in the back yard. Location is not near hotels or condos so beach is very private and uncrowded. Home has been totally renovated over last twelve months so furniture, appliances, doors and windows are all new. There are two sleeper sofa that can handle three people so home has maximum occupancy of 13. Location is only 60 miles from Orlando attractions which makes day trips easy. You have great surf fishing in back yard and also at nearby Sebastian Inlet. Private beach is open during virus scare.

Owner just finished more renovations in December 2020. New flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, deck, roof and dune walk.

Cleaning staff now only uses List N disinfectants that are recommended by CDC. Large yard offers social distancing from neighbors.

Area Information

Located in Melbourne Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Barrier Island Center and Sebastian Fishing Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Aquarina Country Club and Maritime Hammock Sanctuary Trail Access. Andretti Thrill Park and LaPorte Farms are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and scuba diving nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and ecotours.

Stayed with family from Friday - Monday (Labor Day). We had a great time as usual. This is our third time at this property and we are already trying to see when we can squeeze in another stay. We were fortunate to be able to able to see the launch of the Space X Falcon 9 rocket which was amazing and made for some great memories and pictures.

Clean home without a trace of sand in the house. Loved the foot shower near the beach then the full private outdoor shower near the house. The furniture was substantial and not flimsy. Didn’t notice any stains or fraying on furniture fabrics or linens. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient supplies for cooking. The outdoor closet contained chairs and boogie boards. Plenty of beach towels stored just near doors leading to the beach. Bedrooms, dining table, and lounge seating was more than enough for 4 adults plus young kids. Loved the sea turtle watching! I would definitely stay in the home again and recommend it to friends. Very quiet beach with private pier leading right to it.

Turtle Beach!

We had sea turtles laying eggs every night we were there. Very cool! Beach was never crowded and water was a perfect temperature. The property is three stories so there are a lot of steps. That said, we really enjoyed the views and our time there. Good house for families!
