Welcome to Somerset 203! A popular pet friendly beach condo just steps away from beach access 45, leading to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Unit 203 is a top floor condo with luxury finishes for you, friends, and family to enjoy a perfect beach vacation. Only 16 units altogether in this complex. There are 2 flights of steps to climb to reach our condo.
You will be within walking distance to Panama City Beach's most popular restaurants and bars and a short 2 mile drive to Pier Park. Located a quick 20 minute ride from the PCB airport.
Our condo had a king bed in the main bedroom and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. We also provide a sleeper sofa to use in the living room.

About the owner: We love PCB and decided to buy a property so that we could visit more frequently! The most beautiful beaches and crystal clear water!
Why this property? Our condo is located in a small building with only 16 other condos. We are located a short less than 5 minute walk across the street to the white sandy beach. This building provides free covered parking for 2 cars during your stay. The beach is very tranquil and calm.
There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo. No elevators.

Great Location
Host Michelle was very quick to respond to every inquiry. The unit is well stocked for all your needs and comfort. Our stay was unfortunately shortened by 7 nights due to an emergency back home. Michelle was very compassionate and kind to assist with a partial refund being able to rent it out for a short period during our rental agreement. Beach is a short hop across the road, plenty of shopping options nearby, and The Salty Goat next door did not disappoint with tasty food, drinks and entertainment. Highly recommend

Perfect pet-friendly beach condo that is very convenient to everything.
Great location convenient to just about everything you'd want to do at the beach. The condo is super clean and very well maintained. My wife thought it was also very tastefully decorated and furnished and she can be hard to please in that regard. We had a great time and will definitely stay again!
