Despite having been to Fla. many times, this was our first visit to the "Emerald Coast" of the panhandle with its white sands and greenish tinted water (harmless microscopic algae and quite lovely.). A caveat. Those seeking a more "tropical" experience may want to go further South into Florida, as I saw more pine trees than palm trees. That said, the condo we rented and the area itself was fabulous for a week stay with awesome sea breezes the norm. From a well designed floor-plan (Laundry room was right by front door, perfect for beach clean up and that pesky sand), to board games and books on hand, (my little one learned to play Yahtzee one day it rained) the place seemed to have everything needed. Beach toys and chairs, dishes, towels galore, to name but a few. There are several restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance, and my little one enjoyed the snack bar and arcade directly across the street. The condo has a nice open feel to it that seems to draw one towards the balcony and a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf. Other than being with my family, the balcony was my favorite part of the trip. So restful and relaxing spending hours listening to the surf. That's right, I said surf on the gulf of Mexico. While not huge waves as on the Atlantic side, this beach gets some decent small waves that that produce the relaxing surf sound and which my child loved bobbing about addition, there is an area near the shore where seashells collect so finding some beauties there is quite easy. As a sometimes teacher, I give the stay an "A" without hesitation. It would have been nice to have had a movie channel on the cable TV for rainy days or late night but that is a minor gripe. Really not there to watch TV. The best advice I can give someone is to keep your resort wristbands with you always as security will check even if you are in the pool or such. Again, my highest recommendation for a fun filled family vacation, and we surely plan on returning some day.

After staying here for a week its safe to stay my family of 3 absolutely loved this condo. The balcony is HUGE and such a great spot to lay out and hear the ocean or to eat at like we did. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Anything you think you may need they have it ready. From coffee pots, puzzles, wagon, books and even a fan in the bedroom closet. I thought that was amazing because I can’t tell you how many times we have forgot to pack our fan and had to purchase one on vacation. Ha. My husband and I really enjoyed the Beach service included in your stay. Not having to carry chairs and stuff down to the beach was literally amazing. I could go on and on about all the things we fell in love with, I hope you choose this spot for your family and get to enjoy it as much as we did. We will be back for sure!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The view is unbeatable and it is very close to all attractions! No need to run and buy boogie boards, pool noodles, floats, snorkeling gear because it's all provided for you! Having beach chair service is very convenient and a huge money-saver! You can tell that Milly really takes pride in her condo the way it is decorated and stocked with everything a family on vacation needs! She even adds her own artwork to be admired! This is def a place we would love to visit again!

Great trip to the beach. It was a little chilly but the views were still amazing! Every night the sun set and the sky was streaked in reds. During the day the ocean had blue and turquoise water against powder white sand. The condo was clean, well furnished, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will go back there soon for a relaxing vacation in the off season.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather wasn't the greatest while we were down here so we used the very large balcony and enjoyed the view and just watch the rain move in. The unit was clean and nicely furnished and comfortable, also was nice having your own parking spot in a garage. Will stay here again.

The condo looked even better than the pictures. It was clean, huge deck, and beautifully decorated. It fit our family of six perfectly. The condo is located in a quieter part of Panama but still so quick to get to restaurants or Walmart, or just go across the road to shop and eat. The laundry room came in handy with 4 kids with us. It was packed with beach toys and a full size washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Wow!!! Where do I begin…..This was our 4th year booking with Milly. This place is fabulous! Clean, spacious and everything you need for your stay. Milly knows how to decorate!! The deck is very large with comfortable seating. We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the sounds and watching the dolphins. We also enjoyed both heated pools and hot tub. Location is perfect. Come relax and enjoy the beach at a very spacious, beautiful condo. It has all the luxuries you want. 2 nice side bedrooms with 2 full bathroom. Kitchen and living area are nice size. My favorite areas is the balcony. It extends across one of the bedroom and family room area. Access from both areas. You can sit out enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. In the evening play games or just sit listen to ocean. I love to open the family room slider door and just hear the ocean at all times. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, laundry room inside condo have everything you need and more. The condo itself is estechnically calming, relaxing and very pretty. It has many updates and each thing has a purpose. There r 3 tvs so everyone can watch what they want or great for kids. Ocean reef itself is clean, pool is large and clean, security is helpful and friendly too. My other favorite staying at this condo is you get beach services. So nice to just walk down to beach and have chairs and umbrella waiting on u. I have traveled here for years. I have came down with my kids and girlfriends. Everyone has loved this place. You r close to Pier Park and many restaurants. Best condo we ever stayed at.

We absolutely loved this condo. The rooms were very spacious and the balcony was huge. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. The condo itself was not crowded and the chairs and umbrella that came with beach service was a huge plus considering the price to rent chairs is very high. Within walking distance of great places to eat and a mile from pier park. Milly was extremely kind and helpful during the process and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend the condo!!

My wife and I are empty nesters and only live about 1.5 hours from PCB. We've been many, many times for day visits or an occasional overnight in a hotel. We decided that we would rent a condo and stay 5 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday this time and found this beautiful place owned by Milly and her Husband. What a FABULOUS place they have for rent!! Every little detail is taken care of for extended stays and the place itself is located in the PERFECT location right on the beach!! It's on the 11th floor so seeing the Manta Rays swimming around was amazing. The balcony is one of the largest I've seen in ANY condo and is excellent for sitting outside and just watching the sea life and people. I highly recommend contacting Milly if you're looking to stay in the area. She's fantastic to deal with and has a information package that leaves no guess work on how/when/why for everything. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had accommodations west of PCB. But hurricane Sally destroyed the area. Milly was able to quickly get us in at this place. The balcony is extra wide with a beautiful view. The condo is better equipped than most I’ve stayed in. Crockpot, blender, Kuerig, regular coffee pot, pool toys and plenty of towels. Yes, it was clean! Two stove burners had a glitch but I’m sure that will be fixed quickly.

Amazing spacious condo with a view of the whole beach, pool and beach access were simple. Close to Pier Park with a great mini-golf, arcade, and go cart speedway right across the street. Close to numerous shops and restaurants, and a liquor store within walking distance. Great family fun and highly recommend. Budget friendly as well and excellent value!!

2 Bedroom 601 Oceanvilla nicely decorated with all the supplies you would need to cook. Barb was very easy to work with. Good restaurants in the area. A list provided in the unit were all great. Rained several days. My favorite was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the dolphins at play, rain or shine. Fast elevators. Parking spots are small. Super nice pools in front of beach. Very clean. Get 5 stars by me.

Comfortably decorated. Located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf we had amazing views of everything from sea life to sunsets. Nearby amenities include a dollar store, awesome put put golf course & go carts, amazing donut/pizza shop, and my favorite a very nostalgic arcade with best selection and prices on ice cream all up and down the beach. We truly loved our stay in PCB this year! We come every year and have never had a view quite like this one. We saw tons of sting rays, a shark, and 4 dolphins while sitting in the balcony. It was awesome! Milly is super sweet and very quick to respond with any questions. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, and the whole unit was spacious. It’s located in a great spot. Very close to shopping, eating, and a go cart/mini golf place right across the street. We will definitely be back again!

What a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The large balcony has the best views and is a great place for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Beds are nice and firm with wonderful quilts. The master bath has double sinks, which is great. The second bathroom is very large. Both bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and there is even a box fan if you need one. It has a key-less entry which is a great touch so you don't ever have to worry about remembering the key. Beach chairs & umbrella are included and already set up so you don't have to look for a spot on the beach. There is also a reserved parking place. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property. Also, security guards at the entrance. The location is awesome. Quite part of the beach, and close to amenities like Pier Park, The Aquarium, Sharky's (which is a blast) and other restaurants; some within walking distance. It is also close to Wal-Mart and an Urgent Care. Mini golf and go-carts are across the street. All-in-all, you can't go wrong with this one. This place is so clean and perfect for a little family getaway. We were actually able to see dolphins from our balcony! The balcony is huge, which is amazing. I love the fact that there is an indoor pool because the weather wasn't so great on our trip. My 4 year old wanted to stay at the inside pool every day. The owners also keep extra things in the laundry room (pool/ beach toys, chairs, etc.). And I think that's wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location and view that this condo provides to being oceanfront is awesome. We were schedule to go to Myrtle Beach the day after hurricane Florence was to make landfall and Milly was great to work with on last minute reservation of there condo. My husband and I need this break and the condo was just like having a home away from home and very relaxing. I highly suggest this condo rental to everyone and working with Milly was top notch. can't say enough great things about this condo and what it provides for your vacation. We will for sure be staying at this condo again, hopefully sooner than later......

We really enjoyed staying in Milly's condo on the beach! It is very centrally located with Pier Park just a short distance West, Go Carts and Golf behind, an Ocean Front view, and so many other attractions and the State Park just down the beach to the East. The pictures are accurate, but the roar of the ocean and 11th floor views can't be adequately replicated. The sunsets, they are amazing! Enjoy. We sure did. Daily, reserved beach chair service was an unexpected plus. It's now on our "highly recommended" list. Thanks again, Milly!

We celebrated our anniversary while at the condo. What a great place to do so. The view from the balcony was great & the beach was fantastic. First time in along while we vacationed without our daughter & it was very romantic. We tried the Runaway Island next door & it was very nice. We tried somewhere new every night & all were very good. We ate seafood & more seafood & yet more seafood. We had always gone to Daytona Beach in years past but this was our second year in Panama City Beach & we love it so much more the DB. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we could need e.g. utensils, washer/dryer, dishwasher and even beach toys. The beds were very comfortable and the overall space worked well for my family of 4. You cannot beat the view of the beach! Parking was convenient but note the garage is rather tight so drive slowly. The location is excellent as well. Treat yourself and checkout A’more for their calzones, fries and pizza. Also, their donuts are great as well. We look forward to visiting again.

I have been going to Panama City Beach since the 80's and this was one of the nicest and roomiest places I have stayed for the money. The bedrooms and bathrooms are larger than you would expect. Will probably stay again. All the other guests in the building were so nice and friendly and so were the maintenance guys who were always on the go keeping things nice.

I have been going to Panama City since 2009. We have stayed at this condo the last 3 years. I will never stay anywhere else. You get so much for your money. It is very spacious, beautifully taken care of, clean, homey and has everything you could possibly want for a vacation. The beach services are the added bonus. The balcony is large and you get lost looking at the ocean. We always want to stay longer.

Our family absolutely loved this condo! The views were amazing and the balcony was outstanding. We loved eating breakfast and drinking our coffee while just looking at the ocean. Milly and Corey was wonderful in answering our emails and questions before booking.The parking garage was a plus and loved having an assigned parking spot. The decor in the condo was beautiful and had so many extras. We used the lounge chairs that were included on the beach. The location was excellent and wasnt the beach area wasnt crowed like some of the condos around. Will be staying again!

If you have read the previous reviews, there is not much more I can add. From initial contact with Milly to departure, everything was top notch. The business aspect was prompt and seamless. The condo is everything and more. Clean, spacious inside and out, stocked with everything imaginable and some things you haven't thought of yet. It is evident Milly and Corey have a gem of a condo. This two bedroom condo was immaculate. The views were so beautiful. The rental had everything you need, beach chairs, beach toys for young children, board games, a wide selection of movies. It is conveniently close to everything you want to do. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had! Nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean while drinking your coffee in the morning!! You won't be disappointed!!

Thank you Milly for renting us your condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. My 14 yr old loved that the Wi-Fi was not slow. Everything we needed for a beach vacation and then some was available in the condo. It was very clean and updated. Very nice inside, the balcony was amazing. The master bedroom with access to the balcony and view is a great bonus. I loved that the building was not as big as one of the huge condo complexes down the street, there are so many condos in those buildings that the beach gets crowded by them. Milly was prompt with responses and the rental process was very easy, even when we booked last minute. I have already had some friends ask for the link to this property based on my pictures. If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay at the beach! It is a wonderful unit that is so beautifully decorated and clean. Everything we needed was in this unit. Great location and wonderful view of the gulf and beach. Easy access to the unit and elevators. The patio is oversize with access from the master bedroom and living room - great for lunch and dinner outside! We will stay there again!!

We stayed in the best and cleanest condo at Panama City Beach, Fl. It provided everything you would need for a home away from home. The balcony is nice and roomy, a very nice place to eat any meal while watching the waves come in and maybe even see a dolphin or two. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants a comfortable homey place to stay while on vacation. I hope to stay at this same place year after year. This was my second year.. Can't wait for next year!!

This was our first time at Panama City Beach. I looked at over 50 condos and narrowed it down to Milly's place at Ocean Reef. the condo was GREAT, clean tons of games and beach items. the free beach service was fantastic. We were able to walk a lot of places. the ocean was calm. I have no negative things to say about the condo or our stay. Milly was great to work with responses were fast. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay here! The first thing you noticed when you walked in the condo was how clean it smelled. All of the furniture was updated, the rooms decorated in a tasteful beach theme, and made you feel right at home. I was especially excited to see how fully stocked the spacious laundry room was with every beach toy, chair, & float you could imagine for everyone in the family. Lots of toys, books to read, board games, coloring books, and movies to watch (they're in the bottom dresser drawer of the guest bedroom, BTW). We never ran out of things to do. Milly & Corey really know how to take care of their guests! We had not one single issue with any of the appliances, TV's, Wi-Fi, cable etc. (which is unusual anywhere you go.) The balcony is so spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family to sit out together and eat or just enjoy the ocean. My husband and I especially enjoyed being able to open our sliding glass door in the master bedroom and listen to the waves every night (we slept great!).The entire property was very well maintained, and the beach access was so convenient; you walk right from the property, to the pool or the beach. We also loved that we had two chairs and an umbrella reserved for us the entire week, and the little surfer guy working in the tiki hut was very helpful and polite. This was a great vacation, and the fact that we had such a great place to stay was really the icing on the cake. The only advice I would give someone is to pack your car the night before you leave. We checked out on a Saturday morning (along with everyone else in the resort) so getting an elevator was about impossible. We had to carry our luggage down six flights of stairs because the elevators were so packed with people leaving at the same time. Lesson learned. We had such a good experience for our first time in Panama City and we definitely want to return here next year! with us.

Location was convenient . Pictures are exactly as the place is. The new floors are wonderful. It was great having a Laundry room right in the unit. The balcony was wonderful, very large with a amazing view. Being on the 11th floor was just perfect. You could see the beach and the crystal clear water while sitting on the balcony. The parking garage is tight but nothing like people have commented on Ocean Reef. We never had a real issue with the elevators except some on the first day but this is when everyone is arriving, so its to be expected. Had a issue with housekeeping but Milly was quick to respond even on the day of her sons wedding. I would recommend staying in unlit 1104. Very nicely decorated and well kept.

This place is right on the beach, as close to the ocean as you can get. There is a 30' balcony/deck that faces the ocean. The view is so peaceful & tranquil allowing you to see miles down the beach in both directions. The place is spacious and very clean. Being clean is a prerequisite for us, and it fit the bill. Two large bedrooms, each with a TV and attached bathrooms. Nice size kitchen with all the amenities including a breakfast bar and large table. A living room with two couches and another large screen TV overlook the ocean. There is a nice size laundry room with a washer & dryer. Another nice feature is convienent parking in the garage. There is a very nice pool conveniently located next to a large hot-tub. Both very visible from the balcony. If your into shopping & restaraunts there is a world-class shopping mall (very unique) that we walked to via the beach. There are two huge piers you could spend hours on. We played golf at two courses; Hombre (27 holes) & Bay Point (36 holes). Both excellent. There is plenty to do and see, all within a few miles. But, it was always nice to get back to the condo with the magnificent view. I highly recommend this place. We feel fortunate we stayed there. My son wanted to move there!

After staying here for a week its safe to stay my family of 3 absolutely loved this condo. The balcony is HUGE and such a great spot to lay out and hear the ocean or to eat at like we did. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Anything you think you may need they have it ready. From coffee pots, puzzles, wagon, books and even a fan in the bedroom closet. I thought that was amazing because I can’t tell you how many times we have forgot to pack our fan and had to purchase one on vacation. Ha. My husband and I really enjoyed the Beach service included in your stay. Not having to carry chairs and stuff down to the beach was literally amazing. I could go on and on about all the things we fell in love with, I hope you choose this spot for your family and get to enjoy it as much as we did. We will be back for sure!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The view is unbeatable and it is very close to all attractions! No need to run and buy boogie boards, pool noodles, floats, snorkeling gear because it's all provided for you! Having beach chair service is very convenient and a huge money-saver! You can tell that Milly really takes pride in her condo the way it is decorated and stocked with everything a family on vacation needs! She even adds her own artwork to be admired! This is def a place we would love to visit again!

Great trip to the beach. It was a little chilly but the views were still amazing! Every night the sun set and the sky was streaked in reds. During the day the ocean had blue and turquoise water against powder white sand. The condo was clean, well furnished, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will go back there soon for a relaxing vacation in the off season.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather wasn't the greatest while we were down here so we used the very large balcony and enjoyed the view and just watch the rain move in. The unit was clean and nicely furnished and comfortable, also was nice having your own parking spot in a garage. Will stay here again.

The condo looked even better than the pictures. It was clean, huge deck, and beautifully decorated. It fit our family of six perfectly. The condo is located in a quieter part of Panama but still so quick to get to restaurants or Walmart, or just go across the road to shop and eat. The laundry room came in handy with 4 kids with us. It was packed with beach toys and a full size washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Wow!!! Where do I begin…..This was our 4th year booking with Milly. This place is fabulous! Clean, spacious and everything you need for your stay. Milly knows how to decorate!! The deck is very large with comfortable seating. We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the sounds and watching the dolphins. We also enjoyed both heated pools and hot tub. Location is perfect. Come relax and enjoy the beach at a very spacious, beautiful condo. It has all the luxuries you want. 2 nice side bedrooms with 2 full bathroom. Kitchen and living area are nice size. My favorite areas is the balcony. It extends across one of the bedroom and family room area. Access from both areas. You can sit out enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. In the evening play games or just sit listen to ocean. I love to open the family room slider door and just hear the ocean at all times. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, laundry room inside condo have everything you need and more. The condo itself is estechnically calming, relaxing and very pretty. It has many updates and each thing has a purpose. There r 3 tvs so everyone can watch what they want or great for kids. Ocean reef itself is clean, pool is large and clean, security is helpful and friendly too. My other favorite staying at this condo is you get beach services. So nice to just walk down to beach and have chairs and umbrella waiting on u. I have traveled here for years. I have came down with my kids and girlfriends. Everyone has loved this place. You r close to Pier Park and many restaurants. Best condo we ever stayed at.

We absolutely loved this condo. The rooms were very spacious and the balcony was huge. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. The condo itself was not crowded and the chairs and umbrella that came with beach service was a huge plus considering the price to rent chairs is very high. Within walking distance of great places to eat and a mile from pier park. Milly was extremely kind and helpful during the process and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend the condo!!

My wife and I are empty nesters and only live about 1.5 hours from PCB. We've been many, many times for day visits or an occasional overnight in a hotel. We decided that we would rent a condo and stay 5 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday this time and found this beautiful place owned by Milly and her Husband. What a FABULOUS place they have for rent!! Every little detail is taken care of for extended stays and the place itself is located in the PERFECT location right on the beach!! It's on the 11th floor so seeing the Manta Rays swimming around was amazing. The balcony is one of the largest I've seen in ANY condo and is excellent for sitting outside and just watching the sea life and people. I highly recommend contacting Milly if you're looking to stay in the area. She's fantastic to deal with and has a information package that leaves no guess work on how/when/why for everything. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had accommodations west of PCB. But hurricane Sally destroyed the area. Milly was able to quickly get us in at this place. The balcony is extra wide with a beautiful view. The condo is better equipped than most I’ve stayed in. Crockpot, blender, Kuerig, regular coffee pot, pool toys and plenty of towels. Yes, it was clean! Two stove burners had a glitch but I’m sure that will be fixed quickly.

Amazing spacious condo with a view of the whole beach, pool and beach access were simple. Close to Pier Park with a great mini-golf, arcade, and go cart speedway right across the street. Close to numerous shops and restaurants, and a liquor store within walking distance. Great family fun and highly recommend. Budget friendly as well and excellent value!!

2 Bedroom 601 Oceanvilla nicely decorated with all the supplies you would need to cook. Barb was very easy to work with. Good restaurants in the area. A list provided in the unit were all great. Rained several days. My favorite was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the dolphins at play, rain or shine. Fast elevators. Parking spots are small. Super nice pools in front of beach. Very clean. Get 5 stars by me.

Took our family of 5 to this beautiful condo located right on the beach of PCB. Haven't been on Vaca in a cpl years but was so happy when we arrived here. The place is quiet and comfortable. Comfortably decorated. Located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf we had amazing views of everything from sea life to sunsets. Nearby amenities include a dollar store, awesome put put golf course & go carts, amazing donut/pizza shop, and my favorite a very nostalgic arcade with best selection and prices on ice cream all up and down the beach. I was very proud of this find and glad to share it with me family who also really enjoyed it here! Thank you so much for affording us this lil gem!

We truly loved our stay in PCB this year! We come every year and have never had a view quite like this one. We saw tons of sting rays, a shark, and 4 dolphins while sitting in the balcony. It was awesome! Milly is super sweet and very quick to respond with any questions. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, and the whole unit was spacious. It’s located in a great spot. Very close to shopping, eating, and a go cart/mini golf place right across the street. We will definitely be back again!

What a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The large balcony has the best views and is a great place for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Beds are nice and firm with wonderful quilts. The master bath has double sinks, which is great. The second bathroom is very large. Both bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and there is even a box fan if you need one. It has a key-less entry which is a great touch so you don't ever have to worry about remembering the key. Beach chairs & umbrella are included and already set up so you don't have to look for a spot on the beach. There is also a reserved parking place. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property. Also, security guards at the entrance. The location is awesome. Quite part of the beach, and close to amenities like Pier Park, The Aquarium, Sharky's (which is a blast) and other restaurants; some within walking distance. It is also close to Wal-Mart and an Urgent Care. Mini golf and go-carts are across the street. All-in-all, you can't go wrong with this one. This place is so clean and perfect for a little family getaway. We were actually able to see dolphins from our balcony! The balcony is huge, which is amazing. I love the fact that there is an indoor pool because the weather wasn't so great on our trip. My 4 year old wanted to stay at the inside pool every day. The owners also keep extra things in the laundry room (pool/ beach toys, chairs, etc.). And I think that's wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location and view that this condo provides to being oceanfront is awesome. We were schedule to go to Myrtle Beach the day after hurricane Florence was to make landfall and Milly was great to work with on last minute reservation of there condo. My husband and I need this break and the condo was just like having a home away from home and very relaxing. I highly suggest this condo rental to everyone and working with Milly was top notch. can't say enough great things about this condo and what it provides for your vacation. We will for sure be staying at this condo again, hopefully sooner than later......

We really enjoyed staying in Milly's condo on the beach! It is very centrally located with Pier Park just a short distance West, Go Carts and Golf behind, an Ocean Front view, and so many other attractions and the State Park just down the beach to the East. The pictures are accurate, but the roar of the ocean and 11th floor views can't be adequately replicated. The sunsets, they are amazing! Enjoy. We sure did. Daily, reserved beach chair service was an unexpected plus. It's now on our "highly recommended" list. Thanks again, Milly!

We celebrated our anniversary while at the condo. What a great place to do so. The view from the balcony was great & the beach was fantastic. First time in along while we vacationed without our daughter & it was very romantic. We tried the Runaway Island next door & it was very nice. We tried somewhere new every night & all were very good. We ate seafood & more seafood & yet more seafood. We had always gone to Daytona Beach in years past but this was our second year in Panama City Beach & we love it so much more the DB. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we could need e.g. utensils, washer/dryer, dishwasher and even beach toys. The beds were very comfortable and the overall space worked well for my family of 4. You cannot beat the view of the beach! Parking was convenient but note the garage is rather tight so drive slowly. The location is excellent as well. Treat yourself and checkout A’more for their calzones, fries and pizza. Also, their donuts are great as well. We look forward to visiting again.

I have been going to Panama City Beach since the 80's and this was one of the nicest and roomiest places I have stayed for the money. The bedrooms and bathrooms are larger than you would expect. Will probably stay again. All the other guests in the building were so nice and friendly and so were the maintenance guys who were always on the go keeping things nice.

I have been going to Panama City since 2009. We have stayed at this condo the last 3 years. I will never stay anywhere else. You get so much for your money. It is very spacious, beautifully taken care of, clean, homey and has everything you could possibly want for a vacation. The beach services are the added bonus. The balcony is large and you get lost looking at the ocean. We always want to stay longer.

Our family absolutely loved this condo! The views were amazing and the balcony was outstanding. We loved eating breakfast and drinking our coffee while just looking at the ocean. Milly and Corey was wonderful in answering our emails and questions before booking.The parking garage was a plus and loved having an assigned parking spot. The decor in the condo was beautiful and had so many extras. We used the lounge chairs that were included on the beach. The location was excellent and wasnt the beach area wasnt crowed like some of the condos around. Will be staying again!

If you have read the previous reviews, there is not much more I can add. From initial contact with Milly to departure, everything was top notch. The business aspect was prompt and seamless. The condo is everything and more. Clean, spacious inside and out, stocked with everything imaginable and some things you haven't thought of yet. It is evident Milly and Corey have a gem of a condo. Reluctantly I will share this find with my friends and acquaintances. Thank you for an experience worthy of a repeat. 4 Educators (2 celebrating recent retirement + 2 recharging for another year. This two bedroom condo was immaculate. The views were so beautiful. The rental had everything you need, beach chairs, beach toys for young children, board games, a wide selection of movies. It is conveniently close to everything you want to do. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had! Nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean while drinking your coffee in the morning!! You won't be disappointed!!

The view of the beautiful beach from the balcony was gorgeous! The condo was clean and stocked well. Easy access to elevator, and the restaurant Amore across the street was very convenient for breakfast and pizza. Milly was very nice and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Thank you Milly for renting us your condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. My 14 yr old loved that the Wi-Fi was not slow. Everything we needed for a beach vacation and then some was available in the condo. It was very clean and updated. Very nice inside, the balcony was amazing. The master bedroom with access to the balcony and view is a great bonus. I loved that the building was not as big as one of the huge condo complexes down the street, there are so many condos in those buildings that the beach gets crowded by them. Milly was prompt with responses and the rental process was very easy, even when we booked last minute. I have already had some friends ask for the link to this property based on my pictures. If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay at the beach! It is a wonderful unit that is so beautifully decorated and clean. Everything we needed was in this unit. Great location and wonderful view of the gulf and beach. Easy access to the unit and elevators. The patio is oversize with access from the master bedroom and living room - great for lunch and dinner outside! We will stay there again!!

We stayed in the best and cleanest condo at Panama City Beach, Fl. It provided everything you would need for a home away from home. The balcony is nice and roomy, a very nice place to eat any meal while watching the waves come in and maybe even see a dolphin or two. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants a comfortable homey place to stay while on vacation. I hope to stay at this same place year after year. This was my second year.. Can't wait for next year!!

You had everything we needed in the condo, and it was very nicely decorated and I loved how clean and fresh it was! But the best part was definitely the huge balcony, if we weren't in the ocean (loved the beach service too :)) or pool, we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the wonderful views. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants, shopping, and amenities nearby (the boys loved the putt putt and go-karts right across the street. This was our first time at Panama City Beach. I looked at over 50 condos and narrowed it down to Milly's place at Ocean Reef. the condo was GREAT, clean tons of games and beach items. the free beach service was fantastic. We were able to walk a lot of places. the ocean was calm. I have no negative things to say about the condo or our stay. Milly was great to work with responses were fast. I will defiantly keep Milly's number handy for the next trip. Thanks for sharing your place with us. If you go GULF WORLD is a must.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay here! The first thing you noticed when you walked in the condo was how clean it smelled. All of the furniture was updated, the rooms decorated in a tasteful beach theme, and made you feel right at home. I was especially excited to see how fully stocked the spacious laundry room was with every beach toy, chair, & float you could imagine for everyone in the family. Lots of toys, books to read, board games, coloring books, and movies to watch (they're in the bottom dresser drawer of the guest bedroom, BTW). We never ran out of things to do. Milly & Corey really know how to take care of their guests! We had not one single issue with any of the appliances, TV's, Wi-Fi, cable etc. (which is unusual anywhere you go.) The balcony is so spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family to sit out together and eat or just enjoy the ocean. My husband and I especially enjoyed being able to open our sliding glass door in the master bedroom and listen to the waves every night (we slept great!).The entire property was very well maintained, and the beach access was so convenient; you walk right from the property, to the pool or the beach. We also loved that we had two chairs and an umbrella reserved for us the entire week, and the little surfer guy working in the tiki hut was very helpful and polite. This was a great vacation, and the fact that we had such a great place to stay was really the icing on the cake. The only advice I would give someone is to pack your car the night before you leave. We checked out on a Saturday morning (along with everyone else in the resort) so getting an elevator was about impossible. We had to carry our luggage down six flights of stairs because the elevators were so packed with people leaving at the same time. Lesson learned. We had such a good experience for our first time in Panama City and we definitely want to return here next year! with us.

Location was convenient . Pictures are exactly as the place is. The new floors are wonderful. It was great having a Laundry room right in the unit. The balcony was wonderful, very large with a amazing view. Being on the 11th floor was just perfect. You could see the beach and the crystal clear water while sitting on the balcony. The parking garage is tight but nothing like people have commented on Ocean Reef. We never had a real issue with the elevators except some on the first day but this is when everyone is arriving, so its to be expected. Had a issue with housekeeping but Milly was quick to respond even on the day of her sons wedding. I would recommend staying in unlit 1104. Very nicely decorated and well kept.

This place is right on the beach, as close to the ocean as you can get. There is a 30' balcony/deck that faces the ocean. The view is so peaceful & tranquil allowing you to see miles down the beach in both directions. The place is spacious and very clean. Being clean is a prerequisite for us, and it fit the bill. Two large bedrooms, each with a TV and attached bathrooms. Nice size kitchen with all the amenities including a breakfast bar and large table. A living room with two couches and another large screen TV overlook the ocean. There is a nice size laundry room with a washer & dryer. Another nice feature is convienent parking in the garage. There is a very nice pool conveniently located next to a large hot-tub. Both very visible from the balcony. If your into shopping & restaraunts there is a world-class shopping mall (very unique) that we walked to via the beach. There are two huge piers you could spend hours on. We played golf at two courses; Hombre (27 holes) & Bay Point (36 holes). Both excellent. There is plenty to do and see, all within a few miles. But, it was always nice to get back to the condo with the magnificent view. I highly recommend this place. We feel fortunate we stayed there. My son wanted to move there!

Despite having been to Fla. many times, this was our first visit to the "Emerald Coast" of the panhandle with its white sands and greenish tinted water (harmless microscopic algae and quite lovely.). A caveat. Those seeking a more "tropical" experience may want to go further South into Florida, as I saw more pine trees than palm trees. That said, the condo we rented and the area itself was fabulous for a week stay with awesome sea breezes the norm. From a well designed floor-plan (Laundry room was right by front door, perfect for beach clean up and that pesky sand), to board games and books on hand, (my little one learned to play Yahtzee one day it rained) the place seemed to have everything needed. Beach toys and chairs, dishes, towels galore, to name but a few. There are several restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance, and my little one enjoyed the snack bar and arcade directly across the street. The condo has a nice open feel to it that seems to draw one towards the balcony and a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf. Other than being with my family, the balcony was my favorite part of the trip. So restful and relaxing spending hours listening to the surf. That's right, I said surf on the gulf of Mexico. While not huge waves as on the Atlantic side, this beach gets some decent small waves that that produce the relaxing surf sound and which my child loved bobbing about addition, there is an area near the shore where seashells collect so finding some beauties there is quite easy. As a sometimes teacher, I give the stay an "A" without hesitation. It would have been nice to have had a movie channel on the cable TV for rainy days or late night but that is a minor gripe. Really not there to watch TV. The best advice I can give someone is to keep your resort wristbands with you always as security will check even if you are in the pool or such. Again, my highest recommendation for a fun filled family vacation, and we surely plan on returning some day.
