Lovely Casita in the beautiful Island of Venice. Perfect for 1 person or 2 with a pet. Fenced yard, 2 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from gorgeous downtown. Great shopping & restaurants are a walk-away. Churches, grocery store, post office, library, tennis courts nearby, just like Mayberry in the 1950's but next to the beach. Friendly people, lots to do. Home of The Legacy Trail bike trail. We own an ebike store, so you get a voucher for a 1-week rental for 2. Total remodel summer of 2022.

About the host

: Ray and I own this beautiful 1950's home that includes our Happy Beach Casita!
We own an ebike store in town, and we both work it full-time. We are quiet and don't have big dinners or parties in our home, but we are friendly and welcoming to our Casita guests. We love meeting new people and dogs :)

Why this property?

We are two blocks from a semi-private beach, and 3-4 from the public beach. We are also 4 blocks from our lovely downtown. It has lots of nice restaurants and shops, but it's small enough that it is not too crowded like most touristy places. It's absolutely beautiful and a perfect spot for a relaxing (and/or fun) vacation.

The casita is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people, and a dog. We love dogs and believe they should be allowed to travel with their pet parents, so we're happy to allow them. Do check with us first in regard to size and how many.

The casita has a private patio and yard and a fence yard shared with the main house. It has most (if not all), of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our street is short and quiet, and we are one block from a large park where you can take your pup for a walk.
