Your living room is fully equipped with a TV for a relaxing afternoon on the couch or a cozy evening. You will find high speed wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from for free.
You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will not lack anything.

In your generous open bright kitchen you will not lack anything. Everything is there for use, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as a refrigerator.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the cozy outdoor dining table on the patio by candlelight.

Your guest bathroom has a shower tub combo and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. Ideal if you travel together with other couples or friends and everyone wants to have their own separate area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed.
It also has its own TV with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the pool and the tropical garden as well as the lake. Your master bedroom has its own access to the pool area.
Guest bedroom 1 has a King size bed in the bright white Coastal Beach Style
Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed
Outside terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (terrace and additional pool deck), both pool loungers and dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a modern white dining table with seating for 6 people.
Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace, to lie in the sun or just spend an evening with friends.
The pool is large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days.

Our stay in the villa was amazing and flawless. There was absolutely everything one may need during the stay: 1. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware and electric appliances. The amount and variety of kitchen utensils and tools were above expectations! Amazing taste for detail. New nespresso coffee maker with box full of coffee capsules to be used was highly appreciated, as well as tea, salt, pepper, variety of spices in the kitchen...You check-in and can 100% start enjoying your holiday. 2. The villa was beautifully furnished and decorated, used colours in interior were perfectly matching and it was obvious that somebody really took effort to prepare the villa for holiday stays. There were games to play, there were hair styling devices for women in the bathroom (curler, hair iron, air-dryer), literally everything you may need is there for your disposal. 3. The communication with property manager was flawless, friendly and the responses were fast and to the point (although we communicated during the Christmas-holidays, the property manager was always helpful).We wish every holiday rental place had the same equipment as the Villa Sunshine Paradise! We loved our stay.

I would book this Villa every time again when in the area and available. It was the best sleep I have ever gotten and the mattresses were great. I liked that it was in a cul de sac so you are very much private here with no disturbance. Taken the morning coffee on the lanai and just watching the wildlife was my favorite. Thank you for this great stay.

This is my new happy place. Quiet and modern but also very true Florida feeling. We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed so much that we want to come back right away. The location is my favorite but very private. Whenever you want to go out somewhere it is all close by.
