Additionally, includes two separate living spaces - one on the ground level and one upstairs - two couples, grandparents, or adult children can have their own space and privacy while still travelling together.

Please note - the lower-level guest room is not accessible from the upstairs interior, and only accessible from the lower-level exterior door or sliding doors on the lanai.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida - and this home is ideally located just minutes by car to the downtown Bonita Springs area, shopping, restaurants, and the sun and sand of Bonita Beach Park and the Gulf of Mexico. Immediately to the north of Bonita Springs will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the home, you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!
