Walking into this completely remodeled mid-century modern four-bedroom home with an open floor plan feels just like the perfect home at the beach. The very quiet community with mostly full-time residents lends itself for quiet walks and bike rides here. Morrison lake is just across the street and gives a relaxing feel listening to the fountain for early morning coffee on the front porch. As you enter the home, the spacious living room is equipped with a 75' flatscreen tv and sectional seating for seven to eight people, vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams with five large glass windows overlooking Morrison Lake.
Off of the living room is a remodeled outside screened porch with large sliding glass doors. Outdoor dining and seating area for six people with another 75' flat screen tv for watching football and golf. On the second level of the outside area there are hanging lights and a romantic firebox for cool glasses of white wine in the evening and seating for five people.
The open kitchen and dining area comfortably seats nine people, looking out the large windows to Morrison Lake is a wonderful open airy feel as the home is quite elevated on the dunes. The brand-new appliances and quartz countertops make for the chef's dream setting. The master bedroom and two full bunks are just off the dining area with four steps up to enter. Large sliding doors that open to the romantic fire box area. The king master bedroom is equipped with a 75' flat screen tv for late-night movies the ensuite bathroom has a brand-new quartz double vanity along with an oversized glass wall shower and separate soaking tub for relaxing after long walks on the sugar white sand. Accessible through the master bath area is the bunkbed nook with two full over full sleeping bunks. Perfect to keep the kiddos close at night.
Just off of the living area are the two additional bedrooms, the first is the double queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and ensuite quartz double vanity along with a bathtub shower combination. This bedroom also features a 45' flat screen tv. The freestanding washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry area in this room. The second bedroom on this hall is equipped with 1 queen bed and a triple bunk bed, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin on top. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beam a 45' flatscreen tv and an ensuite, single vanity quartz sink and a walk-in shower.
