About this rental
This isn't an "investor institutional heads and beds" unit...it is our stunning completely updated beach front family getaway-and when we say "completely updated" we mean updated the way our family home is updated...with tens of thousands of dollars spent on just mattresses and 4k tvs...for the best in comfort and entertainment. The amazing views of the ocean, sounds of the waves, and smells of the salt air are still there, but there is so much more. And...if (heaven forbid) you have to WFB (work from beach) we pay extra for the fastest internet and updated routers. Of course we have beach chair service for the times you can forget the whole WFB thing.
There are two king bedrooms, a single nook bed, and a pull out queen sofa sleeper and two remodeled shower bathrooms with all the travertine trimmings. But it is the little things, the "lagniappe"... like craft round ice balls for drinks sitting on high end outdoor furniture, with luxe glassware. Actual stemware and bar tools, it goes on and on. Our home isn't for everyone...white linen, Egyptian cotton, original Hong art, touch automatic curtains, LG top end appliances, Samsung full size washer dryer, and quartz counters are just not the same as a Motel 6 (nothing against Motel 6). If you are looking for something more...maybe a girl's weekend, romantic couple's getaway, or just a boujee place to recover from the stress of the workweek...this might be a great fit.
Unique Benefits
It has become a family tradition for us to leave chocolates and champagne when you arrive...and we've continued that practice for our guests. We like our Keurig cappuccinos in the morning on the patio; our lazy college football 4k Saturday afternoons; our martini evenings watching the sun set over the Russel Fields Pier; and the proximity of a hundred things to do and see just minutes away. We've stashed some flashlights to go hunting Hermit crabs on the beach at night, some towels for your visit to the heated indoor pool, or outdoor pool, or sauna, or spa. We have extra Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, and even a spare Dyson to pick up the sand you bring back!
Why Kids Love It
Honestly?...they'll love the pool and the beach (we keep some beach toys handy) but our Boujee Beach is not really for the pink popsicle and chocolate syrup set. We have hook ups for Playstations and Xboxes, and TVs are in the nooks most likely to find a teenager reading a book or listening to music (or sharing the extra bandwidth from our upgraded Wifi. The older ones will flock across the street to Shuckums karaoke night or walk a few hundred yards to Pier Park for all the attractions and give the rest of the family a break, but Aqua doesn't really have a Chuck E. Cheese vibe.
Area Information
Location Location Location - you really don’t need a car on this vacation! We've been known to fly in, Uber during the week, and Instacart for without an issue. The most beautiful beaches in the world are the main attraction and they are about fifty feet from the pool, but the restaurants, shopping, boutiques and recreational activities are limitless. You are 13 minutes to Rosemary Beach headed west, 17 minutes to St. Andrews St. Park going east, 20 minute from the NW Florida airport. You are not far from a WalMart supercenter, GoKart and putt putt courses and even beach buggy rentals.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Gosh...walking is relative. We've walked to Pier Park which has so many things to do but just with a few hundred steps are boutique beach shops, fun restaurants, Jetski rentals, parasailing, and plenty of attractions.
Favorite Places To Eat
So...this is important stuff. Remember my husband grew up here and we've been regulars now for fifty our opinions may not be yours but here goes...

Inside Scoop
First, check out the early bird specials. The beach gets crowded and dinners can take a while...relax and adjust.
New Years at PCB is awesome! Pier Park goes crazy, amazing fireworks...it is quite the party.
If you haven't been to ThunderBeach...you haven't seen America. Miles of roaring bikes as far as the eye can see.
IronMan is nuts.
You are not too stuffy to enjoy the Pirate Ship cruise and the kids will go nuts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum age?
The resort requires at least one guest to be 25 or older and it is enforced.
What do you think about pets?
We love pets, we have two...but the resort rules prohibit guests having pets. If you have a small dog, reach out and we'll see if there's a work around though.
Can you get evicted for throwing ice cubes off the balcony at sun bathers below?
Oddly enough, one family didn't ask this question and found the answer to be in the affirmative, to their utter astonishment.
