The location is superb. The entire complex sits on Smokehouse Bay, with shoppes, restaurants, the open-air bar at CJ's Waterfront Restaurant on the Bay, Mango's Dockside Bistro, Chop239 Steak and Lobster, shopping and other diversions such as Cold Stone Creamery. A 77-slip marina hosts boats with direct access to the Gulf.
Most of this can be seen from the blue view balcony of your second floor unit, while you enjoy the tropical bay breezes wafting through from the commons area. A custom metal safety rail adds security to an already secure location. The private elevator is coded for residents. It opens just 20 steps from the entrance to your unit.
You get a taste of what awaits you inside when you see the art deco etched door panels. Don't worry, the doors are securely behind a fenced outer foyer, that also holds the bicycles available for your use. The decor is best described as modern coastal. Stylishly furnished by our professional designers, this masterpiece is located in a secure, quiet, friendly condominium community.
All new flooring throughout. The kitchen has granite counter tops, including a bi-level surface on the serving bar. Appliances are top-end. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, with a large HDTV. The master bedroom includes an en suite generous walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with step in hydrojet tub and walk-in glass enclosed shower. Two other bedrooms share an equally luxurious, albeit smaller bathroom along with a half bath to boot.
The aforementioned balcony is fitted with indoor-outdoor rattan furniture, archetectural appropriate for the arched openings overlooking the bay and courtyard.
A private area, restricted to residents and their guests only includes an al fresco heated swimming pool and hot spa, a recreation room and a fitness center that overlooks the bay. This is such a complete place to spend your holiday weeks that you may forget you even brought a car. Of course, it is securely parked in a reserved space in a covered garage.

Perfect location, perfect view, close to everything
Spacious condo, view of the bay, shopping and restaurants a stone's throw away. Fabulous pool, many days we had it to ourselves. Esplanade area itself was upscale, clean. Restaurants were busy from noon to approximately 8;30-9:00 p.m. with the exception of a function that lasted until 10 on Thursday with a DJ under our deck. But it was great to hear the music and watch the people dancing.
