Our 4 Bed, 2 Bath villa is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a perfect lake view position.
Free fishing on 3 well stocked lakes. The villa backs on to one of the lakes. The other 2 lakes are 3/4 minutes walk away.
Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney.
As well as a large family room, there is an additional sitting room, which is ideal when 2 families are sharing, or when you need to have adults only time whilst the kids chill out in their own sitting room.
The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. From the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where multiple reclining leather sofas and armchair provide a relaxing location to watch the large screen TV, with NetFlix instant movies available at no charge.
For further entertainment enjoy the games room with a pool table, foosball, darts, a children's activity area and outdoor equipment like tennis rackets and fishing rods. We also offer free wireless internet and free calls throughout the US and Canada.
The 4 bedrooms are extremely well appointed. The master bedroom has King size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV.
The second bedroom has Queen size bed and TV.
Third and fourth bedrooms are both twins.
1 additional full bathroom, so 2 in total.
Disney Princess and Pirates outfits are available for visiting children. The bathrooms contain the necessities, such as hairdryers, curling irons and flat irons.
The villa has a games room with pool table and air hockey. Start planning those family tournaments now.
The laundry room is equipped with a new high efficiency washer and dryer.
Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, which can be heated. Lots of chairs and sun loungers provided so you can relax in the pool area where the sun can be found all day long or sit in the shade of the covered lania. The pool area has a wonderful lake view. Free gas BBQ.
Our villa includes complimentary use of many items that are difficult to travel with - such as a Pack 'N Play (travel crib); 2 car seats; a double stroller; two umbrella strollers and a high chair. We have a complimentary wheelchair allowing you to save on significant rental costs at many attractions.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa .
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We love Lake Berkley and were excited to be able to visit a new property in the area. This villa was not a disappointment. It felt homely from the time we arrived and were very sad to leave. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is fantastic with a large Walmart just a minute away and it is also very well located for journeys to the parks which are all less than 30 minutes away. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would have no hesitation returning here in the future. Thank you to the owners for the great communication and thank you to Stephen and Johanna for arranging the booking originally.

We were very happy with the location of the villa. It is very close to everything that a person needs, The villa is very nice and well stocked with everything from towels to silverware and everything a person needs in a home, Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic villa, more then met our expectations. The villa is even bigger and nicer than the photos. Loved having 2 sitting rooms, 1 for us and 1 for the kids. Everyone loved the pool and games room, many happy times there. Great location and safe secure Resort. We will be back. Stan and family.
