About the host: Haya & I are a wife and husband team who owns 2 vacation homes in the Davenport area. We love to travel! Over the years we have had our best experiences staying in villas and apartments instead of hotels. We have found it is a more comfortable way to spend time with family and friends, and save some money too! the house was great and nader was a pleasure to deal with.there were 14 of us 8 adults and 6 children plenty of room and they loved the pool. the best part was the house was easy walking distance to clubhouse did not have to drive and the barbeque was great.would recommend heating pool.kids were in pool and hot tub morning till nightwe had a great time. thank you nader a great host

We have been wintering in Florida the last 8 years. We booked the house thru Florida Rentals and it was our first experience using this platform/company. I would not hesitate to use this platform/company again. We were pleasantly surprised with Nader’s house. It was everything we were wanting and was actually nicer than the pictures. Everything was very clean. The was plenty of room to relax for a 6 bedroom house. The pool heat and hot tub worked as it should. Nadar checked (via texting) on us regularly to see how things were going. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The resort amenities were a good plus. There is only one parking spot in the driveway, but there were a decent amount of on street parking spaces. We will try to book with Nadar again.
