This almost 2,000 square foot single-family home offers 3 bed and 2.5 baths. Home features new tile floors, new Karastan carpet upstairs, custom plantation shutters on all windows. The great room features soft comfortable couches, flat-screen TV. The open gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped! The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a king size and a ceiling fan. There is a jack and jill bathroom between two bedrooms. The lanai is fully enclosed.
Community pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts are all included.
Season rental from January through April is $6,000 per month. April through September is $4,000 per month and October through December is $5,000 per month. Annual rental is $4,000 per month. All utilities are included including electric, water, cable and internet.

The house was perfect, fully stocked with all you need, including things that most places don't stock, like water cooler, olive oil, napkins, garbage bags. We felt right at home in this comfortable house and nice community. Close to great restaurants and plenty to do and see in this area. Thank you Izabela!

Husband approaching retirement. We live in MI and thought a 3 week February Florida trip was needed. 3 bedroom 2 bath, private pool requested, as family would join us. Family did not come. The pool was magnificent. Kitchen moderately stocked. Beds need an update! Location, very good. Walk to beach is very doable. Our grandkids would have loved all the board games and the video game.
