Perfect honeymoon stay!

This unit was in the perfect location to everything on the island. We enjoyed having the beach just footsteps from the door and the unit was so clean! The unit was well stocked and we felt at home. Tamie was very responsive to any questions we had. It was so convenient having the beach chairs and the umbrella available. We enjoyed parasailing, sunset and dolphin cruise, night walks to the Manatee Beach music and sunsets, great restaurants and shopping at nearby Bradenton Beach! We had the perfect honeymoon!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first trip to AMI, and we are already looking at dates for next year. Tamie was gracious enough to allow us an early check in upon our arrival. Our unit was cozy and immaculate. With the beach just steps away we ended up scrapping our plans to explore the entire island and simply relaxed on the beach. The views from the patio at sunset were exquisite. The other people staying on the property were friendly and wonderful to talk to. With all the amenities available on site there was no reason to leave except to get a few groceries and fresh fish from the fish market. We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary getaway, and we cannot wait to go back. Everything about this property made us feel like we were back on our honeymoon. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

We rented Sailfish suite #3 in January and it was absolutely perfect.

Thank you so much for sharing your stunning apartment with us. May I say how lovely it was to open the door to find that your apartment was exactly as shown and described in your advertisement; it actually surpassed our expectations.The apartment is beautifully furnished,with everything anyone could possibly expect or need for a vacation; it was truly a home away from home. To top it all it's On the Beach!. We can't wait to come back next year - this time for two weeks :)

Excellent condo with immediate access to the beach and an attentive and available owner

Very nice, clean, upgraded condo unit directly on beach. Additional amenities of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and access to washer and dryer were convenient and appreciated. Owner/manager of the property responded immediately to questions and needs. Well cared-for building and grounds.

Great Property and Amazing Host

Cannot say enough about the property and the host. While this is a garden suite, from your front door to the communal patio with stunning ocean views is literally 10 steps away. And then you have a short relaxing stroll through the sand dunes right onto the beach itself. Everything about the suite is very beautifully decorated. Kitchen has everything you need and more (there was even a steamer basket and a cheese grater) with plenty of serving platters and bowls for snacks, etc. The big kitchen island was really nice to have when cooking and watching TV at the same time and staying connected to those sitting in the living room. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, everything else you'd expect. Bedroom and bathroom are exactly what you need for a stay at the beach. Host immediately responded when I asked for extra linens. I wanted to wash my laundry before heading home so that I didn't kill my vacation buzz by having to do laundry when I got home and the washer/dryer was right next to our unit so it was easy access. Could not have asked for more (other than two days without rain - the other 7 were great) LOL.

Perfect for Couples

First time AMI visitors. When we saw this little gem online, we booked it right away for our anniversary. Inside was comfortable, clean, and bright and had been recently freshened up with some nice modern touches. Access to the beach via the patio, equipped with nice tables and chairs, was quick and easy. The location was peaceful and relatively quiet which was nice. Will definitely stay again!

We had a very enjoyable visit to Anna Maria Island. Our suite was very nicely appointed, clean and extremely convenient to the beach just a few steps away. We appreciated the beach amenities provided and the convenience to everything we wanted to do on our trip. Would highly recommend.

Percent week, stay & location

We loved our stay at Sailfish! The location was perfect. Could walk to restaurants and grocery store is a .25mile walk. We ended up cooking in a lot because of this convenience. The kitchen had all accessories we needed. Watching sunset on the patio while eating our dinner was great way to end the day. Tamie provides many suggestions for eating out. We ate at Hurricane Hanks, Ugly Grouper, & Skinny’s. Beach House for lunch & Peach’s for breakfast. Very convenient. Our suite was really nice. Recently renovated. It was great to have an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and beach bag to use while on the beach. If we come back to Anna Maria area we’ll definitely stay at Sailfish again.

IT WAS PERFECT. The only thing that would of made it better is if we were in a suite looking at the gulf. Otherwise it was perfect for my husband and I. A more comfortable couch would of been nice but we just opened the sofa bed to watch evening TV. Tami was wonderful and quick at responding to our questions. Thank you :)

Wonderful, wonderful place to stay!!!

We had an amazing week at Anna Maria Island this year and Sailfish Gulf Suites played a BIG role in that! This place is top notch. The process was great from booking to departure. Communication was great and somene was always available to answer any questions you might have. Phone, email, or text was always asnswered quickly. Before checkin you receive a complete email with instructions for all things related to your stay. Nothing was missed.The place is clean, well decorated, and there is nothing you should need that is not provided. We found it well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans, and silverware. Very pretty, and looks just like the pictures. Beach chairs, unbrellas and other beach items you might need. There was also a laundry room right outside our door.The patio is great and the views are stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Beach is litterally a few steps away!!Have been visiting AMI for years and found a new restaurant this year that I would recommend to everryone. Tide Tables is about 8 mins via vehicle from your place. Fresh grouper and mahi mahi daily and the best grouper bites, fried shrimp, and blackened mahi mahi tacos I have ever eaten. It is all outside seating, but FABULOUS seafood! You won't be disappointed.AMI, Sailfish Gulf Suites, and Tide Tables is a triple play you won't soon forget!!Thank you for a great vacation!!

Great Stay! Amazing Location

This is my second time staying here and just love the place! Close to the beach and places to eat. Easy to get to. Again like I said in my last review I almost hate giving it 5 stars because it is getting harder to book as it is becoming popular!

We had a blast and can't wait to go again!

This place is a true hidden gem! My husband and I stayed in #3 for a week in April. What a delightful trip. The property is just as it is described, and the location is perfect for quiet coffee and wine times on the patio and hanging on the beach which is literally in the front yard. The apartment was quiet--we had families with small children on one side of us and a family with a teenager on the other--we never heard a peep! Bed was so comfortable (and so was the couch.) We had a rent car and went to fabulous restaurants--Waterfront, Ugly Grouper, Blue Marlin, Sand Bar (get there hours early!), Ginny's and Jane E's for breakfast (line moves fast) Slim's place for burgers and so many more. The Sailfish Gulf suits is just two blocks from a major grocery store and free trolley stop. If you are thinking about this rental, just do it! Emilio is great to work with. He was installing a new gas grill when we were there and when I ask about a coffee pot (our unit had a Keurig) there was one on my door step that afternoon!!! We can't wait to return and bring friends to book the entire place!!

Absolutely Perfect!

I wish there was a rating higher than five stars! The location is perfect - close enough to walk and enjoy things, but you have your own private, quiet space on the beach and you are not in the main stream of traffic. The interior is exactly as depicted - new, clean and has everything you need for both inside and outside use with the patio and beach chairs! There's nothing better than an ocean view, walks on the beach and spotting dolphins swim by you. The laundry facility on site with the beach was an added bonus. We didn't hear anything from our neighbor units either, so it's nice and quiet. If you have any questions while booking, preparing to travel or upon arrival the owners are so kind and responsive. We truly feel like we had the best vacation spot without a doubt. If we have future trips to AMI - this will be our first choice!!

Perfect Place, Perfect Week!

What a lovely week we had-the weather was perfect and our suite was too! The suite is even nicer than in the photos and and is perfectly stocked with everything that you need-including extra thoughtful details like a cooler that are so welcome! The location is ideal-you are central to almost everything on the island and you are steps from the beach. we biked all over and only used our rental car once! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the shared patio area. Our favorite restaurant this trip were Star Fish Company, The Blue Marlin, Whitney's on Longboat Key,Anna Maria Oyster Bar, The North Shore Cafe for breakfast and The Doctor's Office for amazing cocktails. We loved the suite so much we are already thinking about booking for next year! Thanks for making our stay so perfect!
