This beautiful villla is located in southeast Cape Coral and has prime River access.
From the moment you step onto the circular driveway, you know “this is where my vacation begins”. The porch has southern exposure. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Villa Inoa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen has black granite countertops and is fully equipped. Tile flooring and laminate flooring in all bedrooms.
The dining area can accommodate 6 people. The villa has WIFI and you can also use the office if you need to work. There is a boat dock meaning direct access to the Gulf (boat lift cannot be used). The large pool is electrically heated. You will find seating and pool lounges on the veranda. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Easter and Christmas Minimum stay 14 nights

Final cleaning $170 incl. 11.5% Florida Tax.

Electricity is included up to $25 per week. Additional consumption will be charged with $0,17 per Kwh and paid directly on site.

Grill cleaning $50 if the grill was not cleaned by yourself.
