4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is in close proximity to Disney and all the shops and resteraunts on Highways 27 and 192!
Our stunning private pool with attached spa, is surrounded by large hedges and you'll find a covered lanai and a cooling fan to provide shade from the beautiful Florida sunshine!
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
All rooms are on the ground floor which makes it perfect for children and anyone that struggles to climb stairs.
The large sitting room, with beautiful tiled floors, modern furnishing with direct access to the pool through the patio doors. Lots of comfortable seating and large screen smart TV.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and features new stainless fridge, cooker, microwave oven and dishwashers.
In addition to the breakfast bar there is a large dining table with chairs, perfect for family meals together.

Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom and TV. Separate shower and large corner bath.
Bedroom 2 with Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and TV. Shower over bath.

Your beautiful pool area is one of the villa's highlights.
Large pool and spa, great to relax after a day at the theme parks. Large pool deck for sunbathing.
Covered lanai area which is perfect for al fresco dining.
We have some great sun loungers for you to enjoy as well as a number of seating options under the lanai to keep you cool!
Games Room
There is a games room featuring a foosball table.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa .
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Pool/spa heating can be added for a small fee, please enquire for details.
The BBQ can be rented for $10 per day
Tuscan Hills community facilities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, games room, children's play area, beach volleyball and tennis courts and a seating area for relaxing.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.
Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.
We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
