You will enjoy the split bedroom floorplan with three extremely spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets and two full baths including a luxurious master ensuite. All beds are styled to perfection and dressed in luxury linen. The two-and-one-half car garage will offer plenty of space for your vehicles. A propane grill, folding chairs for community events, and two adult bicycles are available for your use. You will want for nothing in our well-equipped Kitchen. High-speed Internet is provided, allowing you to sign into your favorite streaming services on our 2 smart TVs, guest access to Netflix is provided. We will do our best to fulfill any special requests. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises; in the home, balcony or garage.
Enjoy Babcock National's private resort-style amenities which include a bar and grill, resort-style pool, lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with classes, sauna, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, and basketball court.

Babcock National has a mandatory HOA Transfer Membership Fee of $150. Bundled golf is available with a $100 transfer fee (good for your entire stay). About the host: Terry and Rosie Pasch live in Marco Island. We are both boating enthusiasts. Together we have 9 years of experience hosting seasonal renters in Collier and Lee County. We take our love of entertaining and the desire to make sure that everyone is happy and enjoying their stay with us, including hosting our seasonal guests. It brings us great joy to know that our guest's experiences are everything and more than any of their imagined expectations.
Why this property? We were intrigued by the everyday life of solar energy and sustainability and that Babcock Ranch didn't just talk about it, it was the way. We thought it would be a great investment until we decide to downsize. Obviously, the community and the premise of sustainability and all the virtues it was built on were primary reasons, the preserve, the smaller community of Babcock National, the golfing, the active lifestyle, and the diversity of people and ages were all up there as well.
What makes this property unique
We bought this property for ourselves. We furnished it as if we were going to move into it. We wanted everyone who walks in our doors to say, WOW! We want them to do a happy dance that they chose our property because we know there are other options that they could have chosen. We are hands-on owners and managers. Whatever we can do to make your stay awesome we will.
