General Policies
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to secure dates and block out calendar.
Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed and initial payment is received. The minimum age of renter is 25 (no exceptions) and identification will be required for age verification.
28 minimum day stay
Guests must sign a short term rental agreement and submit a copy of a valid drivers license to verify proof of age and permanent address.
Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third party users unless required by law.
House Rules
Renters must comply with all ordinances governed by the City of Holmes Beach. A lot of care is given to make your vacation stay as pleasurable as possible and we ask that you respect our piece of paradise as your own. All linens are included and as most conveniences of your home for your use and enjoyment. Renters must vacate the premise by 11:00 am on departure date.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days prior to stay for a full refund minus a $150.00 application fee.
Cancellations less than 60 days and up to 30 days will be refunded 50% of collected funds minus a $150.00 application fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days of stay are non-refundable.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
***If the Rental Damage Protection is declined a $1500.00 Security Deposit to be paid with final balance. Security deposit will be refunded to guest two weeks after departure if there are no damages to the unit.

Yes! Sunbow has a private fishing pier on the bay with views of the Manatee bridge
Yes! You are assigned a covered parking spot with easy access to stairs and elevators. Ample guest parking as well.
Although we can never guarantee you'll see sea life it it a usual occurrence that Manatee will come into our lagoon regularly with views right from our lanai
