Perfect for couples, small families, or extra overflows from a large group! Popular with Honeymooners or couples celebrating anniversaries! Extra large bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The most AMAZING views from our oversized balcony. There is an updated well-stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (or a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars in Pier Park). Free high speed WIFI, DirecTV with premium move channels & a new huge smart streaming TV. This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath sleeps a maximum of four.
Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park. The condo has a comfy KING bed in the primary ensuite and you can wake up to the sound (and view) of the ocean.
There is a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa in living room.
* This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street)

* Renter must be 25 or older
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle.
* Parking in the main garage is limited to 1 vehicle.

PCB has always been my "Getaway !!" Weekend fun when I was younger...This place is great because I have lost my good eyesight and this is on the 2nd floor and I can see and hear the ocean...not to mention it is in front of the poo and close to the "Tiki Bar " ...oh yeah the condo and host are perfect.. I will be back soon !!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The pool and amenities were excellent. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Lots of things to do nearby such as Pier Park. It was great for our small family!

Wow what a fabulous home. This home was everything + more.My 17 year old grandson and I had so much fun at the tiki bar...of course he had "Shirley Temple"...The 2nd floor was fabulous...I could see everything (suffer with AMD) The host were great ....well one word can sum it up..."PERFECT "....Thanks for the wonderful place to relive my younger days

Can’t say enough about this condo. Great location, great view, everything you need for relaxing stay at the beach. A couples dream but can sleep 3 if someone wants to sleep on the couch. Being able to walk to Pier Park was a plus. Shops, eats and treats. Would have liked to have had access to hot tubs but the two pools were great. It’s a winner and we will be back. Steve (owner) was so easy to work with and returned our messages quickly to answer any questions we had.

We have been vacationing in Panama City for many years. We really enjoy the area with beautiful white sandy beaches. This year we stayed in the Calypso unit 205 E. It is a beautiful open view beach front condo with a large private balcony open to the living room and bedroom. We enjoyed being able to walk the restaurant's mall. and pier. We go somewhere every year for our anniversary, this is our 58th, so we can really appreciate the confort, view and attention to detail we found in this Honeymoon Suite. We loved staying there. Hopefully we will be able to return here again next year. Doyle & Sandy

Gorgeous unit with views of the gulf from living room and bedroom. Excellent location to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy. The host Steve was awesome. Very nice condo. Very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Perfect location, walking Distance to everything. A beautiful view of the water and beach from both the living room and the bedroom. The owners Mr &Mrs Silver were always there to help any time we had question or request. We do not hesitate to recommend this condo as a perfect vacation stay.
