Welcome to 1000 Oaks Cottage, your perfect vacation house in the beautiful town of Dunedin, Florida! Upon arrival you will feel immediately at home within this newly renovated cottage with a boho beach vibe.

* With 3 beds and 2 baths, this cozy cottage and private outdoor living space has been fully remodeled with the
intent to provide ultimate relaxation, comfort, and fun! Perfect for your next holiday rental!

* The cottage is open concept with abundant seating. Perfect whether you are relaxing with the family/friends, having a meal together, or even playing games at the dining table. If a movie night sounds appealing, you will have access to all streaming channels on a 65inch TV in the living room. Or even try your singing skills at karaoke!

* The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, and a blender, and cocktail set. There is a Ninja coffee maker that brews K-cups, large pot of coffee, iced coffee, and can even froth milk.

* You will love the cozy boho beach bedrooms with luxury bedding to provide a comfortable night sleep. The "Sea turtle" bedroom is furnished with a king bed. "Seahorse" bedroom has queen size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a washer and dryer for your convenience. "Crab" bedroom has a queen size bedroom and is bright cheery. All bedrooms are furnished with large armoire, dressers, bedside table & side lamps with charging outlet, smart TV, and box fan, and sound machine for extra comfort and privacy.

* Go out to the tropical backyard and you will find your own private oasis. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the patio, or pour yourself a glass of wine to sip under the patio lights in the evening.

* Fire up the Blackstone grill for breakfast pancakes, or throw on steaks if that is what is for dinner!

* Relax in the hot tub or cozy up to the firepit after whatever your day of adventures in Dunedin held.

* You will have access to a shed which has tiki umbrellas for the outdoor tables, zero gravity loungers, beach chairs, and some outdoor games, including corn hole.

* Distance from 1000 Oaks Cottage to the Dunedin Causeway is 3.8 miles. The causeway is a series of 3 bridges that leads from mainland Dunedin to the Honeymoon State Park. Enjoy incredible views and sunsets, bike, rent kayaks or jet skis, or sip a cocktail at High & Dry Grill on the beach.

* At end of the Dunedin Causeway is Honeymoon Island State Park, which is 5.8 miles from 1000 Oaks Cottage. Honeymoon Island has over 4 miles of pristine white powder beaches. There is a 3 mile trail to bike or hike, and take in the beautiful nature and wildlife. Be on the lookout as you may even see a tortoise! From Honeymoon Island you can take a ferry Caladesi State park where you can snorkel, shell, or simply explore this beautiful island.
