About the host

: We are an English family who live in the US. We love the beach and decided to buy our beach house near to our most favorite places. We have always been in property management and love seeing people enjoying what Florida does the best. We lived in the UK just near to London and decided in 2011 that Florida was for us. Best decision ever.

Why this property?

When we first saw our home she was well in need of renovation. We have raised floors and tiled completely right through. Knocked down walls, painted and redecorated. Pulled the kitchen and two bathrooms out completely and fitted new. The beauty of this house is that its perfect for families. There is the main bedroom and ensuite on one side of the house, and then completely separate a queen and twin bedroom with bathroom.

We shelled the outside so that it resembles a beach.

We love the fact that we can literally jump in the car and less than 8 minutes and you are on the beach. Perfection
