About the host: We live in Ohio and purchased the condo new in 2022. Originally we intended to use the condo as an investment property. But once we saw the completed condo, we knew it would be much more. We decided to furnish and equip the condo with the best of everything and decided to be very selective on who we rent to. We are looking for renters that will treat the place as if it were theirs.

Why this property? You wake up in the morning, make a cup of coffee and a light breakfast and go out on the lanai and enjoy a view of the 11th green and a wild life refuge area. No worries about bugs the lanai and front door screens have been replaced with “no-see-ums” bug screens. After breakfast you make the 3 minute drive to the golf pro shack to check in for your tee time on the 18 hole Gordon Lewis championship golf course. After some warm drives at the driving range, you head out to enjoy your round on this beautiful course.
After golf you and have a nice lunch at the tiki bar and now it gets tough, back home for a nap or a maybe swimming laps in the resort style pool or a light workout in the included 24/7 fitness center. Regardless of your choices for the day, you can always finish up with a message at the spa. OK, now it’s time for that nap, and then off to dinner in one of Punta Gorda’s, Cape Coral’s or Fort Meyers many restaurants.
