This space is located on the preserve side of the gated community of the preserve at grayton beach. Amenities include a private gated beach access to an area of public beach that has no public access. You can rent beach service chairs or just bring the beach chairs provided, as well as 2 pools, tennis, pickle ball and 2 bikes. There is a fat tire beach cart to make going to the beach a breeze.

We supply 2 bikes with locks as well as pickle ball paddles and balls.

There is a Tesla universal charger located in garage fo guest use. It will charge your car from 0-100% in 2 1/2 hours.
