Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautifully renovated, Paradise in Ponce is nestled in Ponce Inlet, Florida. Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse is within walking distance. This beach front building has a beach view from the family room and primary bedroom. This no drive beach is gorgeous and the building itself is home to many of the owners. Rentals are one month minimum and the building is relatively quiet. We've tried to include everything we can think of to make your stay amazing!
Ponce Inlet, Florida is a small community located on the barrier tip of a barrier island just south of Daytona Beach. The town boasts only about 3,500 residents. Ponce Inlet is the home of the Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse (winner of the 2022 Trip Advisor award)which is the tallest lighthouse is Florida (175 feet high) and one of the tallest in the country. Our lighthouse has been guiding mariners for over 130 years. Ponce Inlet is also the original home of racing. NASCAR formed in 1948 and the races ran on the beach until 1960. A beautiful strip of beach with marine life, a science center, marinas, the inlet and more are here for your enjoyment in our fabulous Ponce Inlet.

We work hard to make your stay the best ever. We cater to customer needs and do not use a service. We personally manage these properties. They are our home away from home so we take great care to ensure details are taken care of.

Our building has completed been inspected and all tension cables were surveyed and serviced in 2022. It is a Florida law to do that periodically and since going into effect, many condos have not yet completed that very long, very loud safety updated. We are licensed (as required by law) through the State of Florida.
We are in a gated community with 24/7 security, assigned covered parking, 77 homes in our building, 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, gym, and sauna. If you want a quiet, beautiful get away, this might just be exactly what you are searching for!! Please give me a call to discuss.

The condo is wonderful! I always wish I could stay longer. The owners have updated the condo and it is truly paradise. Located steps from the beach, and there's a nice pool and hot tub. The people in the building are friendly too. I love the ocean views and the condo is really well-decorated, equipped and very clean. The owners are so nice and want to ensure you enjoy Port Orange. We went to several restaurants recommended by the owners and the food was great! I highly recommend staying here and my husband and I are looking forward to our next visit. While I would like to keep this place private- I appreciate honest reviews and thought I should share...

My husband and I spent a fabulous week exploring Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach. So much to see and do! The Paradise in Ponce offered a quiet space to relax and regroup accompanied with stunning views of the ocean, the balcony was a favorite place for us to enjoy a quiet breakfast and dinner in the evening. The condo itself was very clean and cozy, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host Cathy made sure we were well taken care of and made check in/out a breeze. Cathy also shared a book with all the recommendations of her families favorites - We were not disappointed in checking any of them out. Only regret- we couldn't stay longer!!

Randy P.Charming newly renovated beach condo in Ponce Inlet!
Look no further! You have found the perfect condo in Ponce Inlet. The condo is decorated exceptionally well with nice furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms and living room have balconies for beach and sunset viewing. Bedrooms are spacious and bedding is very comfortable. Bathrooms are second to none with each one having a walk in shower and the master also includes a large garden tub. We have enjoyed the family friendly gated complex with only a short elevator ride to the pool and beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are wonderful restaurants conveniently located near the condo. The owner, Cathy is extremely accommodating and has truly thought of every detail to make this condo your home away from home! We can’t say enough great things about this condo! We will certainly plan on returning next summer if not sooner.
