You only need your clothes and food. All expenses paid i.e. Mtg.; association dues; Insurance; application fees, County Property taxes; Sewer/water; Cable ,A (one) DOG UNDER 35# IS ALLOWED.(sorry. NO cats) $100 one time pet deposit. NO EXTRA cleaning fee. NO application fee. We pay the condo association application fee. All inclusive except State tax. All rentals in Florida of six months or less have tourist Dev. Tax.
Just pick up your groceries, pay month's rent and security deposit of $700 and move in.
For your convenience, we invoice via Pay Pal so you can use a credit card and we both have a copy of the transaction for our records. We prefer to NOT TAKE CASH but can if it helps you temporarily.
Your $700 security deposit will be cheerfully refunded back to the original source i.e CC, typically within 24 hours of your departure or as soon as we can do a quick walk thru inspection.

Walked in and out! We couldn’t stay here, old n musty! He refused a fair refund. We paid $3700 and he returned $1500. Slum landlord and crook! Very run down building, Dirty on the outside and inside. Got bit by flees when entering the building, climbed up to a filthy entry. Walked in beautiful welcoming basket! Jump into the chocolate and not see the rest! Mold ball growing on soft patio, broken n rusted curtains, dust n dirt everywhere!

This unit has been almost totally refurbished and new cleaning crew hired. These folks were give a huge almost total refund. They really expected our $385 a night Siesta Key beach front while only paying a 1/3 of the price.
