This 2nd floor unit is located in Olde Marco in a quiet 30-unit building overlooking the water with beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated pool, clubhouse, and shared BBQ area. You'll be walking distance to local restaurants and scuba diving, boat, jet ski, bicycle, and golf cart rentals— everything you need to explore and enjoy the island!
When entering the unit, you will be greeted by an open concept layout, with a full kitchen, dining nook, and living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker and dishwasher. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the smart tv with cable. A pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements, if needed, when it's time to hit the hay.
Help yourself to the in-unit washer and dryer (and complementary laundry soap) adjacent to the bathroom. There's plenty of counter space for all of your needs in the bathroom, which features a stand-up shower with glass doors.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to hang all of your garments during your stay. Cable/high speed WiFi and a little workstation are also available if you need to get some work done. A smart tv with cable for those that like to watch a good movie in bed.
Off the bedroom is a private balcony providing views of the Marco River to the North where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Interested in hitting the beach? Tigertail beach is open to the public and just 2.8 miles away. There is also South beach which is 4.5 miles away. (Both require paid parking)
