Fisherman's Cove Condominiums have the best Location on Siesta Key! It is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico on the west side and a private lagoon that leads to the inter-coastal waterway (ICW) on the east side. Swim, surf, boat, kayak, paddle board, fish, gather sea shells and shark’s teeth, or take long walks along the beach. Free boat dock provided outside your front door for trips on the ICW. Bring your own boat or rent a boat locally for the duration of your stay and dock it here for free.
As one of our guests wrote in their review on VRBO, "Simply the Best"! It has the highest 5-star rating by over 50 guests on VRBO. Our Condo (A106) is a ground floor condo with a beautiful unobstructed 180-degree direct Gulf view. Please be advised that ONLY ground floor units have an outside patio in ADDITION to a Lanai. Our outside patio includes four adirondack chairs and two lounge chairs. Our condo is managed by the ON-SITE property manager and us. If you have a problem, you walk over to the property manager's office or call me. Some other units are managed by off-site property managers who appear to have a Siesta Key "address" but are actually located hundreds of miles away (e.g. Sunnyside Properties located in Texas). Before you book, ask the property manager if they are located on-site!
Our Condo has also been totally renovated and professionally decorated with upscale beach themed furniture, appliances and accents. It's one of the best, if not the best, ground floor Condo at Fisherman’s Cove. Before you book another Condo at Fisherman's Cove, compare their rental rates against ours. Many owners of renovated Fisherman Cove Condos charge higher rental rates to recover their renovation costs. Others have hidden fees titled "Resort Fee", "Host Fee", "Owner Fee" or "Rental Fee". We don't play "games" like that. The total cost of our Condo is the rental rate plus Florida taxes, cleaning and booking agent fee. Our Condo has the best location in the middle of the condo building. This location is private, quiet and away from the public beach located at the northern end of our building, and away from the outdoor showers and walkways on the southern end. No need to use the public washer and dryer. Our unit includes a brand-new high-end washer & dryer located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. It’s an upscale, desirable ground floor unit with beautiful water views from every room and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy day and nights with the refreshing sound of Gulf waves. No need to deal with elevators, stairs or walking around the outside of the building carrying beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas to the beach. Just walk out the rear Lanai door and directly onto the beach and beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the front door and onto your boat at the private lagoon which leads to the ICW. As an added bonus, my ground floor unit has an outside patio (something you don't get with a second or third floor unit). The patio includes high end furniture and lounge chairs so your can enjoy the beach right outside the Lanai door!
Entire unit is beautifully updated, decorated and furnished. Imported 20” Porcelain tile flooring in every room. New modern fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Living area includes two ceiling fans, dining table and chairs, sleeper/sofa and love seat. The entertainment center includes a new Samsung 60" 4K Ultra HD Flat Screen TV with HD cable service and upgraded package to include 250+ channels (most other units have basic cable with 40 channels and no HD TV). Entertainment center also has a Blu-ray/DVD player and stereo. Entrance to master bedroom has french doors (with blinds). Both the Master and guest bedrooms have new high quality mattresses and are tastefully furnished and decorated. Master bedroom has a new King size white bedroom set and 42" wall mounted flat screen HD TV. The guest bedroom has two adult Twin Extra Long beds that can be pushed together and used as a king size, if desired. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, flat screen TV’s and large closets (master has a walk-in closet). Master bathroom has floor to ceiling ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a walk-in double shower. Guest bathroom has floor to ceiling ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a tub/shower. Lanai has a 50" Ultra HD 4K TV (we are the ONLY condo in Fisherman's Cove with a TV in the Lanai).
Area Information
Fisherman's Cove is a gulf-front location on the South side of Siesta Key. This is the quiet and less crowded side of Siesta Key. There are three restaurants within walking distance and boat, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals are a short walk away too. There are also free shuttles walking distance away that will take you to downtown Siesta Key from 10:00 AM through Midnight.

Our minimum rental age is 25. No pets or smoking allowed.
Our usual rental period is seven nights with check in on Saturday and checkout on Saturday. Some 5-night stays are allowed depending on the time of year. The calendar below shows availability for nights.
We provide one reserved parking place and offer additional spaces for families with more than one vehicle.
We accept all major credit cards and checks
We charge a $450.00 deposit to secure a reservation. The balance is due 60 days from arrival. No security deposit required.
You will be provided a complete rental agreement upon making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy - 100% refund Less a $150 Administrative fee at least 60 days before booking.
