Our townhome was great! We will definitely stay here again. My friend and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing week and we got it! Weather was perfect and the view was incredible from upper and lower decks. Upstairs MBR has 2 sliders with built in blinds. Park right at your door. No walkovers, elevators or stairs to climb. Close to best restaurants such as Mike"s, Sandbar and Shuckum"s. Pier Park is super close and always a must for shopping. Book your next vacay at Dave Kottman Florida Rentals.

This by far beats any hotel on the beach!! I was looking for a house on the beach and found this. You have your own private fenced in back yard that leads you right to the beach. Beautiful views from the master bed room. Pier park is about 2 miles away. Great for shopping and local restaurants. My personal favorite was Thomas donuts . Great for families with children, pets , everyone:) You won’t be disappointed!
