Andree was just great! She’s an excellent communicator and followed up with any questions we may have after we checked in! Everything was perfect. Beautiful sand beach out the patio door, great sunsets and the dolphins actually pass by out front!! They were fully jumping out of the water, and we could clearly see them from our deck! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

We love it. This house is always immaculate and in a great area. One of the best things is the wonderful view of the Gulf through the big bank of windows. There are bedrooms enough for a big family and the living area is great for gatherings. Always 5 stars!

We have been frequent visitors of Pensacola over the years. We have stayed in several houses on the same street as this home. This was the best out of all of them , and I am very picky! Absolutely nothing less than perfection throughout the entire process and stay. Super clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the host, everything you could possibly need was made available to us. We will no longer be looking to try any other rentals on Pensacola. Loved this house and the host!!!

My family and I just stayed at Dolphins Pass for 10 nights. We've stayed on Pensacola Beach many times and this was definitely the most amazing view we've ever had. This house offered everything we needed and then some. Including a great kitchen, great bedrooms and great living area. Our host was amazing and provided great communication even though we had no issues during our stay she checked in a couple of times via text just to make sure everything was great. And it was. You couldn't get any closer to the beautiful Gulf. Just walk out the back door and you are there. We will look forward to staying here in the future.

The most amazing view I’ve ever seen! Great accommodations, ping pong, outdoor furniture, and of course the direct “short” walk (just steps away) from the most beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico! Something me and my family will never forget. EXCELLENT

From my first contact with the owners this VRBO experience was delightful! Great home on the beach with so many amenities! Very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Andree explains every detail from opening to closing this beautiful home. Definitely a place we would stay again and again!

This home is right on the beach. An elevator or stairs there. Huge kitchen stocked with anything, even an ice-machine.. Oh, the view and the decor! Great host, the best. We'll worth the cost

The home was absolutely lovely and as described. Just steps from the ocean. And the owners were amazing. They couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive to anything we needed and we try not to need too much but they were always on top of any little thing that we needed. We had family so we had a large crowd. The layout of the property made it easy to socialize in one area and people socialize in another area and no one ever felt crowded or on top of one. Another sleeping was a breeze. You didn’t hear people in the morning when they were in the kitchen. It was just a lovely property

Beautiful Home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need or want. Clean, Updated, and the views are incredible from the huge deck. The owner is excellent in accommodations and communications. Can’t go wrong with a stay on the beach.

The house was accommodating for all ages of our family, from my 93 year old grandfather down to the kids. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen is excellently stocked! The gorgeous Gulf view our the rear of the house is breathtaking! The added bonus of a BBQ pit & umbrellas truly made our trip a dream vacation!

"Gorgeous beachfront house with a wall of windows for the view. Just steps from the Gulf water, we saw dolphins many mornings and the beach was never crowded! In the evenings, when we turned off all the lights the stars shone brightly. The deck provided a great place to hang out."

"Wonderful place--right on the Gulf, with private boardwalk to the beach. Very close to the water, very short walk. House was beautiful and well stocked (we were even allowed to use all kinds of beach stuff, bbq grill, ping pong table, etc). Had a private elevator, which was super nice for grandparents and for bringing up luggage. also the whole house is elevated, but once you're on the main floor, it's all on one floor. Stayed in lots of places, and this is unusual. No worrying about toddlers falling down stairs, or grandparents struggling. Lots of beds for everyone, very comfortable mattresses. Very well maintained, very responsive and lovely property manager. Located on quiet street, but super close to all the restaurants/shots in Pensacola Beach. Has a garage and covered parking too. Can't wait to stay again"

The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the beach and use of the many sand toys, games and other toys available at the property. Great place to relax on the beach and enjoy awesome sunrises and sunsets. "Although it was just a visit to see our son's girlfriend who is attending UWF, it turned out to be so much more then that. The mesmerizing views from the back porch was incredible. House was just lovely and well equipped with lots of extras. So much more spacious then just what the pictures show. We will definitely be returning and its a keeper for sure. We truly recommend Dolphins Pass whether it is a long/short weekend trip or week or two. The owner of the home she is the sweetest thing so very polite and informative. Thank you"

"5 women who were in the dorms, Gamma Hall, at PJC 1968-1970. We decided to have a 50 year reunion and have continued it every year! This is our 3rd and we are making Dolphins Pass our own! We will be here every year!! Bring yourselves, bring food. You get a lovely gift basket! You are literally ON the beach! If you have kids, there are games galore!! The most fully stocked kitchen, ever!! This place is ! You won't regret booking Dolphins Pass!"

"What an amazing week we had at Dolphin Pass! This was our first family vacation all together and having the right accommodations was top priority...the elevator was ESPECIALLY helpful to the grandparents, a bonus we didn't realize we needed! :) It's very much a home, full carpet, lots of decor, comfy couches, large wooden dining table...the owners were so thoughtful and had a surprise waiting on us to welcome us. The kitchen was amazing, fully stocked with all of the cookware/dishes/appliances you'd need...there were a few staple spices and basics which was nice when realizing I'd forgotten a thing or two...we ate all meals at the house and the beautiful kitchen space made cooking and eating together so easy and comfortable...each of the rooms worked out perfectly for our crowd...two rooms joined by a jack and room with it's own bath...the master suite with an amazing bathroom, full shower/jacuzzi tub...and the fifth bedroom has a half bath across from it...there were lots of beach toys to play with, especially for littles and plenty of chairs to use on the deck...the location in relation to things to do other than chill on the beach with a book (my favorite activity) is PERFECT...less than 5 minutes to the boardwalk...we rented chairs and umbrellas from Lazy Days for the week...we loved our experience with the property AND sweet owners and are looking forward to returning to DP next year!"
