Azure 120 is a ground floor unit with partial gulf views, a large balcony, and private stairs leading to a grassy area and the beach. You do not have to walk through the condominium or go down elevators to go to the beach. Unique for a condo.
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen 43" TV, and private bathroom with a whirlpool soaking tub. A second bedroom which includes two full size beds and a 43” smart TV/DVD player. A third bedroom has twin size bunks beds and a flat screen TV/DVD player. The living area has a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa, 65" smart TV, DVD player, and 10 ft sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive patio. The dining area includes a full-sized table and seating for six. A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. A laundry room with a large capacity side-by-side washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

First time to visit Fort Walton Beach.. nice blend of Gulf Shores and Panama City. Condo was nice, clean and well stocked. If I decided to visit again I will make sure the unit I rent has a better view. The only true con I have on the rental is the parking deck. It was very dark even during the day. I did not feel safe at night going to my vehicle alone.
