Recently renovated, the open-concept living space features a spacious island, perfect for keeping the conversation flowing while you cook. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops add a touch of luxury.

Down the hallway, you'll find the guest bedroom #3, furnished with a king bed sharing the hallway bathroom. Continuing on, you'll discover the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom equipped with dual sinks. The hallway leads to the laundry room, which conveniently includes a wine refrigerator for your extra drinks. Off the kitchen, behind the double slider doors, awaits another primary bedroom, #2, complete with its own ensuite.

Step outside and experience a private oasis. Surrounded by artificial turf, this home features travertine tile surrounding a pool and spa. Ample seating encircles a propane fireplace, offering a cozy ambiance overlooking the outdoor grill/kitchen area—perfect for crafting a fantastic BBQ meal. After a day on the open water, pull your boat up to the dock, rinse off with the outdoor shower after a day of fishing and sit back and watch the other boats go by!

This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Our high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

The property comfortably accommodates a group of 6. There is ample parking for 4 cars or 3 cars and a boat trailer.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
