Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a ring doorbell facing the front yard, a camera west side of driveway facing the side of the home, and another ring camera on the left entrance facing the yard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU DO HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Great week on the water with easy access to the Gulf. Plenty of room for all the family. The duplex provided a quiet space for children (and adults) napping. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Alan was a great host...very accommodating and helpful during our stay.

We rented the house for a quick girls trip. It was an great decision to stay at this house. Extremely clean and very well managed property. The pool was great for the kids and had lots of toys for them to play with. I am already planning future trips back to this property.

My whole family loved it. My only regret is that we could not fit it in our schedule to stay longer. The place was so clean and updated, the manager of the property communicated immediately, and the beds were comfortable. This place has everything you need as far as dishes, cooking utensils, blankets, and towels. All we had to do was door dash some dinners and buy some food for breakfast and we were good to go. Our kids had a great time catching catfish off the dock. I highly recommend this place.

Alison Coman 8.Relaxing Retreat
We had a lovely time staying here for Father’s Day weekend. The place was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed relaxing indoors and out! Everyone enjoyed the pool and spending time on the dock. The neighborhood was quiet, but a close drive to all the stores & restaurants down the road. We wanted to stay longer but look forward to returning!
