This is a 3rd floor unit of a 4 story building. Although the unit does not face the ocean, you simply take the elevator down to the parking garage and walk onto the beach.
The space
Master BR has king bed with updated en suite bath with walk in shower. Guest BR has 2 full size beds along with a full updated bath with tub/shower. The chef will LOVE the beautiful updated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and lovely cabinets. $ave by not dining out every meal. You have your private balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit taking in the fresh sea air. The view from the balcony is of the oversized pool and the intercoastal water way.
Guest access
You'll have the entire 2BR/2BA unit to yourself with the 32 foot private balcony. The pool is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort and shared. The property has private beach access with outdoor showers and foot wash. Each floor has a coin laundry room which is $2/wash $2/dry. Unit has 1 assigned, covered parking space. Parking for additional cars is available for a fee at the Pinellas Co Tiki Gardens Park.

Wonderful beach stay!
What an absolute beautiful time staying at Unit 101 at Holiday Villas 2. The room was clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. Ned’s were comfy and the living space was perfect for the 6 of us. My family loved the wrap around porch from sunrise to sunset. Highly recommend if you’re a family who loves to spend hours at the beach - this unit is seconds away! Wonderful stay!

Indian Shores Condo
We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Holiday Villas II unit 101 as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Literally 30 steps to the beach or warm salt water pool. It was an easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. Wonderful beach trolley outside the door. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.
