This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a large pantry and a dining area. A large capacity washer and dryer. A living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests and 10 ft. ceilings with glass sliders that lead out to the private balcony. A half bathroom off the living area. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A third bedroom with a set of twin size bunk beds (Perfect for the kids). Close the elevator for easy access!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
