Close to beach, shopping, groceries, and golf in your backyard. Beach chairs, and umbrella provided. Brand new AC. Beautiful lanai with dining table and chairs for lounging.

The location is one of the best things about this property. There is absolutely nothing you could want or need that is not within just a few minutes. Groceries, retail, the beach and Ocean, Golf, you name it.
Storage on third floor with elevator access is also a nice perk if you want to store bikes, etc.
We have plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for your stay. The pool is also directly across the lane-no long walk to get to it but situated so you would never hear anything from it. The tennis courts are just a minutes' walk away as well.
Everything is new in the condo-we bought this in 2023 and stocked it with new everything-linens, furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. It is like staying in a new place.
You are sure to love it. It is also very cozy and the lanai in the mornings is ever so peaceful for enjoying coffee or tea, or wine in the evenings.
North Naples on golf course. Close to everything. The drive down Woodshire to get to the condo is a lovely tree lined street which also gives me a good smile when I drive in.
The Zoo and the Mall are within ten minutes of condo.
My favorite place to eat although prices is Sails Restaurant which I find to be the most unbelievable dining experience in Naples.
Flemings Steak House is not too far if you like a good chain restaurant. Also-there are many chains and locally owned wonderful restaurants on Fifth Avenue and on Third Street downtown which is less than 15 minutes from you.
