This place is gorgeous. The location feels very private and quiet and has easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping and downtown. We had a great stay. Cheerful rentals is accommodating, friendly and was very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend it.

The location and communication of Cheerful Rentals was outstanding. A lovely home in a lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately, we visited after the hurricanes and were without WiFi the entire visit. Efforts were made to investigate the outage, but Spectrum did not deliver. In fact, a small refund was issued for the inconvenience without our requesting one. Cheerful Rentals was top notch to work with!!This property is located in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. IF the beaches had been open, it would have been a terrific location to travel to/from the Gulf while on vacation. Our family would return to this location without hesitation.

Beautiful, relaxing interior and quick trip to Anna Maria

Cheerful rentals was responsive and friendly. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and just a quick 10-15 minute car ride to Anna Maria beaches and restaurants. The house was clean, professionally updated and perfect for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy. There were well cared for beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach bags. If we come back to Bradenton area we definitely will check Cheerful Rental properties and the availability of this house.

This stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly close to the beach, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and comfort. It's conveniently situated just three minutes from a grocery store, gas station, and Bank of America. The backyard features a stunning tree that adds to the beauty of the property. Highly recommend!

Very convenient house close to the island! Positive: Location was perfect and very close to Anna Maria. Walking distance to bus station and Publix. The property was just renovated, clean and welcoming. There were a lot of small amenities (towels, hand soap in bathroom and kitchen, shampoo, washing powder, dishwashing tabs, etc.) that made it clear the host cared and wanted us to feel welcome. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs available as well. The house was well equipped, beds comfortable and nice garden with a grill, fire place and garden chairs. Great stay!
