The house has been fully renovated. It is located 12 min away from Engelwood Beach. It has a large saltwater heated pool (87F) with overflowing jacuzzi (98F), upon request from 6pm-10pm. If temperature outside at night is lower than 50 degrees the swimming pool cannot be heated. Amenities include: grill, WIFI,multiple TV’s, bicycles, coffee makers, toaster and kitchenware. Close to the stores. There are also beach accessories including: full set of chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler.
The home is 1750 sq.ft., sits on 2 lots and the bedrooms are all in one general area. The living room separate the bedrooms and kitchen. The area around the house is welcoming and quiet. You can feel private without any visible neighbors.

We loved this house! The pictures don’t do it justice. We truly enjoyed Monica’s house for over three weeks. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our kids and grandkids came and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything you ever needed to take to the beach in the immaculate garage. Close to restaurants and shopping. So clean and comfortable and definitely one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed. Monica’s communication was quick from start to finish.
