It is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath 2 floor unit located in beautiful South Fort Myers Area of Iona. Our Townhome comes fully equipped for your vacation. All linens and bedding are provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen, Our Townhome includes Premium Digital Cable and Smart TV’s in all bedrooms along with a 46” LCD TV in the Living Room. For all the internet junkies, I have provided High Speed Wireless Access that will reach our very private fenced patio.
The pool has been recently upgraded and it is located steps from the unit and is heated during the high season. There are plenty of chairs, tables and lounges available to enjoy while at the pool. Bathroom and shower facilities are there as well. Also Pickleball and Tennis is available for those who want to play. Enjoy a nice stroll or jog around the community has we have walking paths that go throughout the community and lake. For those who like to fish or just enjoy the River, we have a private pier (under Construction post Ian) that juts into the Caloosahatchee River. Don’t forget to bring the wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Maybe you want to grill that fish you just caught? No problem as I have provided an outdoor BBQ grill for you to enjoy.

The islands of Sanibel and Captiva and the beaches of Fort Myers are located all within a short 5 to 15 minute drive from our unit. These beach islands offer all there is to do for all ages, including shelling, fishing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, biking and of course just relaxing! Don’t forget the best sunsets you will ever see are available for free! Fort Myers has many supermarkets, restaurants, malls, outlets and too many other stores to list all within a short drive of this unit.
Championship golf courses are minutes away. Fort Myers Intl airport is a 20 minute drive. Miami Intl and Tampa Intl are a 2 hour drive with Orlando Intl 3 hours away. There is even a boat with day trips to the Keys from Fort Myers Beach. The only thing missing is you! Payment Schedule:
Security deposit and 25% of rent required to secure reservation.
Remainder of Balance is split with 50% due 90 days prior and final payment of 50% due 30 days prior to commencement of rental period. If less than 90 days until rental period commences, full fees due at time of reservation.
Cancellation policy: Upon notice of intention to Cancel the reservation in writing 90 days or more prior to commencement of rental: Security deposit plus 50% of rent deposit will be returned. Under 90 days from check-in date, in writing: Security deposit and cleaning fee will be returned. 50% of full rent and taxes collected will be returned only if re-rented for the same period, for the same amount.
Damage deposit refund: Damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days, less any charges for excessive cleaning or electrical usage, damage or missing items.
A rental agreement will be provided that will further explain the payment and cancellation schedule along with all house and community rules.
This will be required to be signed and returned with the first payment in order to secure the dates requested.

Why this property? We love Fort Myers and all the things there is to do. The weather in Fort Myers makes access to the outdoors great all year around. Our community is located in an ideal location, close to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach, and downtown Fort Myers. We have access to the Caloosahatchee river and a marina is available to rent slips to keep a boat. The neighborhood is peaceful and there are pickleball and tennis courts along with a walking path around the community. We also have a private deck in front that we can grill and enjoy a nice outdoor meal.
