Welcome to “@DEEbeach” Unit #230, a pristine two-bedroom, two bathroom condo which offers a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to it’s sugar white dunes and clear blue waters, to the Santa Rosa Sound and to Palm Beach Club community pool. What makes this small condo community special is it’s close proximity to all three amenities.
This condo has recently been renovated from top to bottom and meticulously decorated with relaxing coastal decor. You’ll never want to leave! As you enter this second floor, split-level condo you’ll be amazed at the soaring ceilings and sense of space. Ascend the stairs and you will find an open concept main floor with a brand new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a well equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals in your home away from home. The dining area is equipped with a table that comfortably seats six and a wet bar with a wine fridge, so you can mix up your vacation cocktails. The living area boasts a sectional couch with a queen fold-out bed, a brand new 65-inch TV and Sonos sound system. There is additional seating in the alcove with two swivel chairs perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching for dolphins from the huge bay windows.
Downstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king size bed and a brand new memory foam mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Additionally, there is a work station with Desk, Chair, and Computer Monitor for those who need to work during their vacation! The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a new memory foam mattress and an ensuite with a tub/shower combination. It also includes a Peloton bike just in case you’d like to get a workout in!
The condo comes with two designated, covered parking spots. There is additional parking for guests on the property as well as a public parking lot right next door. The condo is located on the second floor. There is an elevator available to get you to the front door and luggage carts which can be borrowed located near the pool entrance in building 2.
Palm Beach Club is a gated condo community located on the sound side of the island, mere footsteps from the Gulf Beach side. It’s the last development on the island before you arrive at historic Fort Pickens, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Park West public beaches are right next door and feature covered pavilions with picnic tables and grills, public bathrooms with showers, a pirate ship playground and access to the Escambia County snorkel reef.
The sound side beach area is the perfect place to launch a kayak or paddleboard. There are wide bike lanes that run the length of the island so you can ride your bike to Peg Leg Pete’s, just 1 mile away! You are only 2 miles away from the Casino Beach area. And if you don’t feel like driving, The Pensacola Beach Trolley operates from the end of May through Labor Day and is accessible at the stop directly across the street from our complex.
