About this rental
This is a two-story, 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom townhouse located on Atlantic Ave, across the beach! It is conveniently located within 1 mi to grocery store (Publix) and restaurants. Attention to cleanliness is a must to provide you with a pristine property. Recently updated for short term usage w/ new furnishings, white towels and bedding. Granite counter tops, SS appliances, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, tile on the 1st floor and wood laminate on the 2nd floor. It has an attached spacious one car garage, a designated parking spot on the parking lot, WIFI, washer and dryer, beach toys, two bicycle cruisers. There is a Ring Flood Light security camera located outside the garage and pointing towards the parking lot to add more lighting and security. Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room, in which you can use your own streaming tv service such as Netflix, etc.
The place sleeps 4 people comfortably and 2 additional guests using my new foldable/twin size cots. There are two Queen size beds (one in each bedroom) and two Twin size folding/portable beds available that can sleep adults or kids. There is a Pack & Play available with bedding.

Two bicycles on site and some beach toys provided. There are 4 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to transport food/beverages to the beach.
I provide all basic bathroom and kitchen essentials.

Booking Rule:
The booking individual must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property for the booked time, no sub-leasing or assigning the booking to any other person.
House Rules:
1. The maximum number of persons allowed to sleep in the property is 6.
2. Absolutely no spring breakers or teenagers partying.
3. No parties are allowed. This is a quiet and peaceful building of 6 townhouses where owners live, and other guests come to relax.
4. No smoking is allowed inside the property or in the garage. You are welcome to smoke in the parking lot or front yard.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. As indicated in the description of the property, there is a Flood Ring Camera that sits on the upper frame of the garage and lights up the parking lot and provides safety and security. This camera must always remain on.
7. Use of the bicycle cruisers is at the guest’s own risk. A bicycle Liability Waiver must be signed and submitted to the host if the guest intends to use the bicycles.
9. Respect and consideration of the premises is a must.
Any violation to the above rules will result in immediate termination of the booking and guest shall leave the property in good order and free of damage.

About the host: I am a mother of three children. I LOVE the beach and the calm it provides. I have always dreamt of owning a property on the beach, and so I am very proud of this property.
I live in the Orlando area, about 45 min away from this property and I'm always available if my guests need me. I was renting this place long term and now I'm fairly new to the term rental world. I would love to find guests that will love, respect and appreciate the property.
Why this property? This is a gorgeous and pristine property across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches New Smyrna Beach offers. I own and manage the property and pay close attention to cleaning. The property is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, bars and beach adventures, while avoiding crowds!
