This lovely fully furnished one-story attached villa is located in the bundled golf community of The Glades Golf and Country Club within the garden district. There is much to do within the community, including use of our two meticulously maintained and walkable golf courses, 9 swimming pools, 12 brand new lighted pickleball courts, 4 new Har-Tru tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce, a library, restaurant and many social clubs and events. The condo sleeps 4 and has a beautiful new patio in the front courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. 2 beach chairs are available for your use along with pool/beach towels. Cleaning fee listed is per month.

About the host

: My husbnad and I purchased this unit as a second home, while living and working in Connecticut where we raised our 5 children. After I retired from teaching, we decided to move to Florida full time. We love our condo and our community here but after living here for almost two years, we decided that we need a larger space for our family to come and visit. We purchased a single family home but don't want to give up our little gem in the Glades. We visit often but when we are not there, we love for others to come and enjoy our special place.

Why this property?

This unit lives like a single family home in many ways. Lovely patio in the front is a great place to start your day with gorgeous sunrise views. Lovingly appointed with beachy feel, our condo has all you need to enjoy your stay in Naples.

With 9 pools, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, 2 golf courses, and so much more, you will never be bored. Located just south of 5th Avenue, you will have quick and access to downtown shopping and restaurants, local beaches, and more. Just north of East Naples Community Park, you are just a 5-7 minute drive to 64 pickleball courts for lots of leveled play. Drive a little further south and you will be on Marco Island with all that it has to offer.
